by
Freenoob290
on 12/08/2021, 17:23:00 UTC
Hello, how are you doing today? I am looking for someone experienced in writing code, scripts, and websites for gambling and also other things like news websites or advertisement websites. I have a lot of questions I would like answered and am curious about a lot of things with coding, but I am no means a pro or even a beginner with any of it. If you are experienced please get ahold of me through personal message and we can chat or post on here and we can chat as well.

I also have some propositions for some experienced coders that in my opinion would be very beneficial to the coder and would benefit them greatly in the long run. We can talk more about that through personal message for people who are experienced with coding. If you are a beginner coder feel free to post here or personal message me too and we can chat.

I have collateral posted for this loan. Please remove my negative feedback as the "rule" for collateral is not even a rule anyway it is just a suggestion that is why it says in the title of the "collateral thread" "IGNORE AT YOUR OWN RISK" - there is no actual forum rule stating that you have to provide collateral to receive a loan.

Re: Three laptops for sale! Excellent working condition and they run great!
by
Freenoob290

I am in need of the laptop but your trust rating shakes my confidence in you. Do you offer Escrow ?
From which country will you ship ?

Please ignore the trust ratings on my account as they are not valid. There are no official rules stating you cannot ask for a no collateral loan (what the trust ratings are about), only recommendations not to do that. I also have collateral anyway, which includes these computers if I were to get a loan. So anyone saying I am not following forum rules or am a scammer for not providing collateral is lying and also the trust ratings are completely invalid.

I will ship from the United States. The package will be insured fully in case of damage. I will also give you my personal phone number and/or email to communicate, so we do not have to use Escrow. You can file a police report if the item is not as described anyway, but it should be and if it is damaged in transit then the insurance I put on the package would cover the item fully. I would require you to pay return shipping on the item though if it is not what you expected for some reason and if it was damaged at all I would pay for the return shipping, which insurance would cover when I get the item back.

These laptops all run great and have no problems at all except for what is listed in the description. I would like to avoid using Escrow due to miscommunications where funds can get held up if there was a scam to occur (not saying you would scam, but if I trade 100 people there is likely at least a couple that would try to scam me through Escrow). We can communicate directly if you wish and are open to revealing your anonymity to me and if not I can always verify my personal information with you to insure that I am not a scammer as I could get arrested/charged with a crime for doing that provided you have my real identity and the trade goes through.

I would prefer you to just the payment to me and I could overnight the laptop to you or ship it via USPS priority, which it would arrive in 2-3 days to you if you live in the states. I would pay for standard priority shipping, but overnight or international shipping I would require you to pay for. I am open to international shipping I would just need to verify all the details before I ship it out to you, so there is no confusion in the shipping process and everything is insured correctly.

You can also buy these laptops from me directly from eBay if you are interested. I have them all listed on eBay and I will send you the links privately if you are indeed going to buy one of them.

Selling three laptops, send me an offer or post one here. Willing to take many payment methods. All laptops are in excellent and working condition and run great, aside from the ASUS laptop that has a cracked screen. I will send the specific details of each computer to anyone who is interested in purchasing them.

ASUS touch screen/tablet computer (cracked screen, about 8 years old, looks brand new aside from the screen) - $250

Dell Inspiron (no battery, but looks brand new and runs excellent with the charger plugged in) - $175

Elitebook HP laptop (no battery, but runs great with charger plugged in, looks brand new as well) - $175

Will send pics and info on each computer to anyone who is interested. All the laptops come with the chargers as well.
I should buy a Laptop. did you able to sell any laptop here before In that reference  can i trust you. You already tagged for asking  no collateral loan. This has confused me. I can buy a HP laptop if you use Escrow

I haven't sold any laptops on here before these would be my first I've sold on here. Please refer to the above statements I made regarding my negative feedback that is absolutely invalid. Please also look above to my response for using escrow. I have an eBay account with this computer listed if you would prefer to pay that way, although there are a lot of additional fees that go along with buying stuff through eBay. We can chat on the phone regarding this sale or through voice call on Skype or another type of chatting software if you want, but I do not want to use escrow as there is still a chance for me to be scammed and if I sell 100 of these laptops through escrow there is bound to be a few people who say the laptops are damaged, not working, not as described, etc. and then there would be a big hassle with getting my money back. At least with shipping via USPS I can insure the package to you and if there is any damages to the product it will be fully covered by insurance and you would receive a refund from me. Also if you are not happy with the product you can return it to me, but I would require you to pay the return shipping on that.

This is just a fun game to get the community more involved and for the potential to win some cash. I understand I have a new account and there are many scammers out on the internet, but I have no intentions of scamming. This is purely for fun and also hoping to make a bit of profit off of the game for the work I do managing it. So far there is no interest at all, so I will work on gaining some more trust throughout the forum and maybe gain more interest in this game. For now the game is still open to anyone who wants to play it. No refunds on tickets though. Once you pay you are in the lottery until another person buys in, where then the lottery will take place at the set times and dates provided. If for some reason there is a long wait between when you buy your ticket and nobody else buying in I will provide a refund to you, but that would be at least a week from the time of the BTC being received before any consideration of a refund.

Why Am I banned from Asking for a Loan?
by
Freenoob290
on 18/07/2021, 02:09:35 UTC
There is no forum rule at all stating that I have to provide any collateral for a loan. The "rules" stating that collateral has to be provided is only a stickied post and it says in the title of the thread "IGNORE AT YOUR OWN RISK", so technically anybody could post asking for a loan for however much they want, from whoever they want, and it would be perfectly legal according to the site rules. Unless it is a rule of the site then you are allowed to post whatever you want on here in whatever place you want, so long as you are following actual laws put in place by the government. Rules that are not instances where you are actually breaking a law can only get you banned from the site and would not get you into any trouble legally, but it would be against the site rules and that is perfectly legal for the site to enforce. However, there is no site rule saying you are not allowed to post a loan without offering any collateral that "rule" is just a stickied post made by people to help users avoid scams, but it does not have to be followed at all as per site actual rules. Anybody giving me negative feedback and whoever banned me from posting/replying in the loan section is doing so because of a non-existent rule of the site and instead going off of other users' statements made where they said certain protocols should be followed and not ignored when trading, but in reality that is just a recommendation to be followed and not an actual rule of the site that is a bannable or reprimandable offense.

Re: Want to Buy a Cheap Car!!! Offer inside!!
by
Freenoob290
on 18/07/2021, 01:35:53 UTC
I doubt that any natural person will be able to give you a guarantee that at cheap car will allow you to drive for 5000 miles. Most likely the contract can state that individual parts on the car are in a good shape, but even new car dealerships don´t give contractual confirmations that the car will be able to drive without problems for x amount of miles. So my advice would be to rethink this requirement.

Regardless of wether or not you want to heed my advice, can you elaborate on the 20 items you are offering in exchange for the car?

If you have a car for sale I will send you the items through PM, if not then not going to send to anyone else. Also I know that may be true of the dealerships, but they have legitimacy in making deals, so you can assume that the cars going to run smoothly when you buy it. I purchased a car awhile back and although they didn't guarantee any set amount of miles for total coverage of the car they said if there's problems driving it within the first few days obviously they would look into it if there was no evidence of misuse of the car at all. So there's kind of a non-verbal agreement between the dealership and the person that they are covered if any large screw up happens right away due to a faulty car with no fault of the buyers own, but not exactly 5000 miles they guarantee.

There's obviously going to be cases of abuse if anybody were to offer returns on cars for X amount of miles. Like people could replace the parts and bring it back in and say it broke down or something, which is one reason nobody does contracts or anything like that as their is too high a likelihood that someone is going to scam them. This shouldn't happen as much as it does, but sadly in today's world it is and you can't trust a lot of people when trading things. Maybe stuff will change in the future and scammers will go back to being held accountable for their crimes, so people will stop doing it eventually. However, that is not the case now a days and people get away with scamming $1000's and nothing ever happens to them.

I also got scammed $550 a few days ago trying to buy a car and the guy told me "You bought it and all sales are final" when he specifically stated that I would have no problem driving the car 2500 miles, which he said many times. There was no contract I was just going off of his good will that he was telling the truth and obviously he was just looking to scam and get away with the money. I got one mile down the road and the car broke down and he was nowhere to be found. Then he acted like he was in the right to have scammed me when I messaged him over Facebook That's due to law enforcement not doing their job and arresting people who scam or holding them accountable for their crimes. All fraudsters should be held accountable for their actions, whether it's $100 or $100,000. Letting people off the hook for scams by giving excuses why you can't do anything about it or just giving them a slap on the wrist that isn't going to affect them at all is why scams occur so often. It's honestly sickening that people rip people off so much and think they have the right to do it.

Anyway I will change that 5000 mile contract to be more specific about what I actually want from the car. I basically want the car to last me awhile without breaking down or needing any repairs and to know everything, to the owner's knowledge that is wrong with the car to prevent me being in the middle of nowhere, broken down, without anyway to get to where I need to go, due to an engine problem that the buyer was aware of, but didn't tell me about. Obviously if it breaks down due to me driving crazy or getting into an accident I am not going to make the buyer pay for that I just want to be guaranteed to the best of the seller's knowledge that the car is going to run for awhile and not break down on me. I will change the 5000 mile contract clause to something that more clearly represents what I am after, which is to be sold a car that does not have any serious issues that is going to just break down on me when all I am doing is driving through the middle of town. Or worse yet, driving down the highway and the wheel locks up on me and I can't turn going 70 MPH down the road. Avoiding these types of situations is better for anybody in the long run, the person won't get charged with manslaughter for selling a buyer a car with defunct wheel bearings that they were aware of before the sale. And the person buying the car also gets a good deal by not being at risk for a severe problem when driving down the highway at 60MPH, hahaha. If the car is not safe to drive I honestly do want to deal with it, but I am fine with minor problems wrong with it that are not going to be a safety issue when driving down the highway or in large amounts of traffic.

To clarify on the items I am trading for this car: I purchased these items for about $9,000 total, but the resale value of them today is only around $3,000. All of them except a couple are in the exact same condition as when they were purchased and work excellently. The two that aren't only have minor damages and are still fully usable. This is a very good deal to anyone who is interested as these items aren't knock offs, low quality, or broken. They are all high quality items that are still working excellently or that are in excellent shape.

Want to Buy a Cheap Car!!! Offer inside!!

Hello,

Looking to buy a cheap car. Around $3000 or under. I have about 20 items that will fit in a small tote that I can send via USPS or give to you upon meeting for the car. All the items are high quality and in excellent shape and work great. I will send a list of the items to anyone that is interested in a trade. I am willing to meet up anywhere in the lower 48 to pick up this car. I would be getting a greyhound bus or a ride to meet you if we worked out a deal! I do not want a car that is just going to break down and not work for me, so I want to sign a contract to confirm that it will get me at least 5000 miles or more depending on the price of the car. If you have any questions or an offer besides paying with the items I have give me a message or post here! I am willing to do contract work or other things to pay for the car. For example, if you need like 5 days of yard work done and your yard cleaned up I will travel to you and do that for you to pay for the car. I am not looking for any specific type of car just something that can get me around for right now.

Still looking for a loan. Can provide ID and identity confirmation to the loaner and also $2,000 in collateral in items I have. All are in excellent condition and working great, high quality items. About 20 things I could send you for about $70 USPS priority. Would fit in a small tote that I could pad and also take out insurance on for an additional $20. Message me for more information or for a list of the items if you are interested. Also let me know the APR you are looking for I am willing to do up to an 30% APR for $2,000 and lower and up to a 15% APR for $3,000 - $9,999. Anything over $10,000 I would do a 5% or lower APR depending on the amount!

I am going to offer a contract based form of collateral with my identity verified and everything. That way if the loan is not paid back, I am subject to arrest or being sued.

That's not valid collateral.  Obviously you didn't read the post to which I provided a link.  Identification documents can easily be faked, and none of the lenders here have the ability to verify your their authenticity.

As far as I know collateral based loans can be any type of collateral. Does not have to be tangible items. It can be a contract, a verbal agreement, or anything of the like. ID documents can be faked for any loan just because its on this forum does not mean there is any special rules for avoiding identity fraud.

That's not how things work around here.  One-Post-Newbies don't get loans without providing valid collateral.  Read this post: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=577765.msg6311902#msg6311902

It'll be best if you lock this thread now before you get your first red-tag, the button to lock the thread is in the lower left-hand corner of the page.

Did not see that rule there. Thanks for pointing that out. Although I do have collateral I can offer I am going to offer a contract based form of collateral with my identity verified and everything. That way if the loan is not paid back, I am subject to arrest or being sued.

Quick BTC Lotto -- Pay .00074 BTC For Chance to Win Total Pot!!!!
by
Freenoob290
on 11/07/2021, 00:16:59 UTC
Running a quick lottery game for anyone who wants to play. Send .00074 BTC to my address and I will draw every 6 hours for a winner. If enough players join I will reduce the time per draw to 3 hours per draw for right now. More forum games will be added if there is interest in this lotto game (multiplayer interactive games, non interactive games, random games, etc.). This game is operating off a trust based system! If you do not trust me fully do not send me any coins, this is not a place to scam or try to perpetrate any scams!

Game #1
BTC Lotto
Price per ticket: .00074BTC
Send BTC to this address: bc1qstgqkgd67n0xdnvv8vxeu9rw30v37xgzxktfjk
Drawings: (4PM Eastern standard time/1PM Pacific standard time), (10PM EST, 4PM PST) - drawings will occur at these times daily
Number of entrants required for draw: 2
Ticket #'s: Starts at 1 and goes up to as many people that join the drawing (Ex. If 500 people buy tickets there will be the lottery numbers of 1-500)

All winnings, minus 3% of the pot goes to the winner of each drawing. So say there is 10 tickets in the pot for a total of $250. The winner will get $242 of the $250 (97% of the total pot, 3% for my time and running these games

Send me your payment address through personal message or post it on this thread and I will keep it on file for any future payouts for this game unless you contact me to update your payment info

Rules of the drawing and how it will operate
1) Tickets will be handed out as first come first serve, so the first ticket will be given out as the #1 and I will record it privately that it is your ticket. I will post right before I draw how many participants there will be for each drawing.
2) To receive a ticket, pay .00074 BTC to the address above and post your payment address on this thread or personal message it to me (I will maintain a record of your payment address and unless you update it with a new address I will continue to send payouts to the address I have on file for you)
2) As tickets get purchased, increasing numbers will go up until 5 minutes before the drawing occurs
3) There are no maximum limits for tickets purchased, so if there is a lot of people in a drawing you could get the number 500 or even 1000
4) I will use the online random number generator at http://www.randomnumbergenerator.com/  to pick a winner for each drawing
5) Winnings will be paid out as drawings occur daily
6) There will be a recording of each drawing I do through the number generator - I will personal message it to all contestants at the end of each drawing
7) This game will operate off a trust based system, me or any close friends I have are not allowed to partake in this drawing

More forum games will be added if there is interest in this game! Good luck to all the players!

Looking for .05 BTC - 1 BTC Loan

Looking for a .05 - 1 BTC loan to be paid off monthly over the course of about a year, or as soon as I get the cash to pay it back. Planning on buying a car and renting a house and need the cash to get a job. I do not have any transportation to get to and from work. Willing to verify my identity to a lender as well. PM me or post here if you have any questions. Willing to pay up to a 15% APR depending on the amount and loan terms. Thank you and have a good day.
