I realise this is a name-and-shame thread focused on those doing it wrong... but can we have some examples of one that did it right, all the way through ?

(this won't hype any existing programs - since necessarily they will be over now in order for someone to have assessed them as doing them right to the end)

Signed messages are an interesting side use.

Signing a message with your Bitcoin private key, perhaps referencing the latest block hash as a time stamp - for example to prove you held some piece of information at a certain time.

Of course. There are many attack vectors - all of which are unwieldy and brutish. So if motivated enough, it could be done... but certainly ticking off a good chunk of their citizens (not just the crypto kids)

There's a place for each. Supply and demand. While there is a demand for loans and what they offer, institutions wanting to profit from this need will supply
