yeah its default question. Good bounty campaign means successful project. I usually look at how the project is doing its job. I usually focus on projects with a lot of participants and it gives confidence too.
There are too many altcoins in the coinmarketcap.com and still too many new altcoins that are being running on different coin exchanges.
My concern is, most of the ICOs have non sense projects and most of them still not having a working projects as well and the development has not yet started.
I don't invest on nonsense ICOs that always mentioning "decentralized" and "information freedom", useless and non sense.
Look at Envion, WePower, KWHCoin, Oyster etc.. they have a good projects, unique and very useful for the users in the future.
In your mind, what makes a good bounty program better than another? Payouts, process, etc...
for me I am a bounty hunter since last year after a friend of mine shared me this kind of Crypto and money earning.
I don't bothered for the bounty payouts, longevity of the campaign, the coin supply etc. but I always choose to bump on their Telegram Channels because personally reasoning, better ICOs and Crypto projects have good and strong social communities where more active members and admins and developers are joining together as one community and discuss everything related or non related to ICO or project.
I really like the legitimacy of the ICO through their social community but not buy their sweet marketing words.
A ripple break was very popular. see if he can catch the old popularity. a coin with nice potential.
Ripple will surge it price value in the next few weeks or months and I believe that it will surpass Ethereum's market cap again if investors will support more Ripple than Etheruem.
Ripple like Bitcoin and top altcoins starting to pump today and I am excited for the result because investors will soon earn higher profits as I do.
Ripple for me is a must have Altcoin for every crypto enthusiasts in the crypto market today.
Ripple is better than any other billion supply altcoins in the crypto market as it is being supported by giant international companies like Western Union, international banks and other remittance companies.

Lympo is an awesome coin that I've been watching over a couple of months and I am thrilled that it bumped on coinmarketcap.com and that compels me to hit invest button from coin exchange.
I invested almost 50k Lympo last month and I am expecting Lympo to pump especially this time that Bitcoin started to kick out back to it's higher position of processing value.

Future of the coin will develop strongly is indisputable. This time is only a cycle of dump, the whole market will recover when bitcoin on the rising. That is my opinion
Well said, in the future blockchain and Crypto will be the most in demand technology in that generation as people will rely more on crypto as their everyday life.

)we are all the same in this forum, earning new altcoins and invest some promising Altcoins because we all know that this is the future and we are very lucky that we are earning while the rest of the world doesn't know that is crypto and blockchain is.
I am thinking that I will be soon enjoy the rewards that I am getting through bounty campaigns in the near future.

Nobody can predict the future even for the coming month. But the fact that crypto is discussed on G20 makes the feeling it will grow this year.
indeed, no one could predict the future and the future of the crypto market but if we are basing the history then we could tell that there's a big possibilities that crypto market will soon recover starting this quarter and continues to rise on 3rd quarter and there will be the highest peak around December before it will fall off again days before january.

as expected, crypto market based on history is rising it's crypto market capitalization every time the end of the year is approaching so this quarter is the best time to invest crypto and our favorite altcoins because they will soon rise when the Crypto Market recovers.
few weeks I bought some Ethereum, Ripple, NEO and Oyster Pearl PRL because I know that these coins will be soon go back to the moon especially on 3rd and 4th quarter of this year.
The best from bounties for sure are signature campaigns - the ones with big bounty budget and with little number of participants.
before I joined signature bounty campaigns because I am a junior member at that time, a friend of mine earned higher amount of money through Central under Sylon.
Sylon has the most higher bounty payer in my personal experiences because Oyster Pearl PRL also is under Sylon's bounty management that's why I am following Sylon's bounty campaigns until today.

The best bounty campaign I ever earned is Oyster Pearl PRL.
It is a 4 week bounty campaign under Sylon and I have being rewarded decent amount of PRL but I wasn't expecting more from it because the price is crazy as low as $0.005 but my jaw dropped that after 6 weeks it surges as high as almost $5 so that moment it offers me higher amount of money if I do exchange it to fiat.
I became an instant millionaire on our local currency but unfortunately today it only offers me a decent price value, higher than the average bounty hunters this year.
nobody knows what's coming so I don't think you know and expecting the crypto market will dip to it's rock-bottom the moment you wrote this thread.

There are more factors why the crypto market dips badly but it doesn't mean it will die someday because this is the future and we are now adapting the future of our trade and economy.

there's no such places where you can apply as bounty manager because ICOs and Crypto developers have bounty managers already as part of their future plans and road maps.
there are already more bounty managers in this forum but I don't think good ICOs or good projects are hiring new bounty managers except the veterans like Sylon, Needmoney, Arteezy etc.
Bounty hunters won't trust new managers as well especially Lowe ranked members.

I have some positions in VEN, XRP, NEO, DGD etc. Is it a good/dumb idea to convert them into USDT/TETHER during this time? That means I am going to take loss or I hedge risk of further falling? Thanks. Need some suggestions.
USDT Tether is a very important altcoin role for my day trading as it is my Crypto stash to prevent or to save my Crypto Assets from loosing it's value when the Crypto Market is dropping.
maybe it's time to use USDT if you want to prefer saving your assets from crypto crisis this time.
It's because almost all altcoins are being paired with Bitcoin and Ethereum, thus, we can't increase our assets if we don't freeze our holdings through USDT or USD.

Crypto is the best thing happened to me since last year for my entire life because I earned my 10 year salary in just 6 months since I joined this forum.
Now, I am wealthier than an average person as I am holding good amount of Cryptocurrency assets on my wallet.
I am a hodler because I don't want to risk even single coin and that's how I survived hundreds of crypto market dips since last year.
Buying and selling altcoins are onle based on situations and circumstances because especially this first quarter of the year, it's the best time to buy all of our favorite altcoins due to they're all cheaper than their ath or highest price value this January.

in my case, I dont usually access my MEW wallet through private keys because I turn my private keys into a paper that every time I want to access it I must type one by one character and I don't execute copy paste to avoid hijacks and other remote attacks.

MOnero is one of the most important coin in the crypto market as well because at the moment it seats as 11th strongest crypto on coinmarketcap based on it's market capitalization.
