Antiminer D3 arrived in November and died slowly

Hi,
had somebody same Problems ?
All my November Batch 4 x D3 are died slowly, i go down with Frequenzy but HW Errors are crazy high and some Boards broke ....

Temperature around 50-70 Degrees always. ( depend on Frequency )

All my D3´s crash every day little bit more, i go down and down with frequenzy.... Now i am @10gh/s :-(

3 of 5 D3 have defective Boards :-(

1. ES*** is extranonce.subscription. Google it) Switch on for more stable of your miner.
2. Difficult for L3+ is 65536

I am on Granat gas for 2 Days, payout looks like littlebit lower then Nicehash .....



What does ES*** mean, i saw sometime in Videos or Pics a green mark, i dont have it ....



And:

What for Difficult you use on D3 or L3+ ?
I play around with it .....
