To Betting Site Moderators and Managers out there,
how do you expand your reach and create your pipeline?
I'm fairly new to this industry and given that our betting company only takes BTC as payment,
I find it challenging to say the least finding members to come and bet with us.
All is legitimate but it's really hard to compete with long standing Betting sites out there.
I just want to know what you guys could recommend aside form your usual advertisement on social medias,
how you get your client list to expand?
If you understand what i'm getting at.
Huge thanks in advance

Re: Who is Satoshi Nakamoto?

So, possible scenarios:

1. Satoshi is a group of people. Subscenario 1: Founded by some powerful entity, to create an experiment or destroy banking system. Or make drug trafficking easier.
2. Satoshi is dead. He didn't really knew that bitcoin might have such success, he died before seeing it growing so much and that's all.
Subcenario 1: Satoshi was killed because of Bitcoin.
3. Satoshi is affraid of Bitcoin and how it turned up.
4. Satoshi is a person that has no life other than programming (21.000.000% nerd) and he creates things under different identities. Maybe was behind Napster too.
5. Satoshi is ET or AI or GOD or S8TN
FUnny how S8TN got inserted here lmao

Re: Is it true that ALT coins had a bigger rise than BTC last May?

It looks like it.

1. Create ScamCoin and pre-mine 1000.

2. Now sell one to your best friend for $1000  = Current marketcap $100,000.00!

3. Next have your friend sell it back to you for $2000 = current marketcap $200,000.00 = 100% growth per day!

Now I have a coin that blows bitcoin out of the water on paper. Of course it is actually worthless, but if I can convince a few people otherwise I can sell my pre-mined coins and just walk away from the project. Remember that the "problem" most alts are trying to solve is the problem of you having money that a scammer wants.
Interesting breakdown of what's behind the scene. I don't know how it works with alts but, you seem like you've orchestrated something like this lmao jk

Not all altcoins are having a bigger rise this year.
Most of them are dropping down and some are actually losing their value. Only top coins are increasing and not every altcoin have the potential to rise better when the bull market runs.
It's still best to invest with Bitcoin because the changes are visible.
It's actually dizzying the amount of alts out there and not even 10% of all those are gaining value in the past couple of months despite some alts soaring as high as 200%. I noticed most of the most popular once have even decreased in demand and value. so maybe yeah, I'd rather stick to btc for a while and calculate and learn more about alts I might decide on getting.

I suggest you to research a little
You can track the prices and charts on https://coinmarketcap.com

You can compare BTC and Alts

If you want to invest some money on alts, please, research and study first

Do not follow comments like: "it's time to invest on XXX coin", or "invest on YYY coin and be rich", a lot of people invest in coins and try to make another people buy the same coin to rise the price
Yes, thank you for the tip. I really intend to learn more about alts first. I've been hodling btc for a while now, And I'm not too eager to jump on the next hot coin. I just want to know more about it since I've been following some threads advising it has gone up in value.

Re: How to explain blockchain/Bitcoin to millennials

Hi, I'm not new to bitcoin & blockchain and I'm a full time trader with quite a little knowledge on tech background. I do trade cryptocurrency coins and studied a lot on blockchain technology. But I have a question, I always stumbled across this in my mind when people ask me why blockchain is the future, why should you care and buy?  Anybody can give me some tips and answer for this?

Would appreciate it.
You could always present BTC & Blockchain to millenials as a form of meme that's being viral and make them feel like if they aren't hooked then they aren't "cool" enough. Petty but works. Coz if you bombard millenials with jargons only day traders and real traders use, then you will bore the hell out of them for sure

Re: Israeli court rules Bitcoin an assets and taxable

In a tax settlement case raised by the tax authority of Israel against Noam Copel, founder of blockchain startup DAV, the court ruled bitcoin and cryptocurrency to be considered as an assets and taxable with capital gains tax.

https://www.coindesk.com/israeli-court-rules-bitcoin-is-an-asset-in-feud-over-tax-payment

Would you consider it a good more or a bad one for the future of bitcoin and cryptocurrencies?

How exactly are they going to tax BTC and/or Crypto???

Re: A GIFT FOR MY PARENTS

I know the intention is good, but don't ever give bitcoin to anyone who doesn't understand it.  The chances of it never being touched are high.   My advice is, you hold the .3 for them, being someone who understands this technology and in the future when bitcoin and cryptos are more widely accepted you can show them then, how to spend it.   No need to lead them into an investment mentality with this, investments are not spendable, bitcoin is.

hear hear, best point!

Re: Bitcoin Rising, Scams Rising
by

With the continuing trend of an upward Bitcoin price, we should be expecting more and more incentives for scammers, hackers, phishers and similar people to be trying their best luring people out of their hard-earned money by promising them returns of investment with sky-is-the-limit proportions. And with new people coming in to the world of cryptocurrency, there can be many who can easily fall victims to different schemes leaving participants with empty bags later and some blaming Bitcoin for their predicaments. Newbies and even veterans alike should be careful at all times and always remember that if something is too good to be true then most probably it is...

It is sad that for people in the media any scam that uses Bitcoin as the medium of exchange or currency is labeled as Bitcoin scam but when a scam is using the fiat money it is not in anyway called as the Dollar scam.

Have you been a victim of an elaborate cryptocurrency-related scam that cost you some money? Please share some details here so we can all learn from each other's mistakes...

This is insane!!! I am lost for words..

It could maintain an upward movement, shouldn't make any huge dive downwards anytime soon  Huh
