澎湃新闻从王林代理律师陈有西处获悉，由于王林因病死亡，江西抚州中院2017年3月28日作出裁定：对被告人王林终止审理。
澎湃新闻注意到，裁定书中还介绍了王林曾有诈骗、奸淫幼女等犯罪经历。
裁定书中称，1978年6月16日，王林因诈骗、奸淫幼女等被江西省宜丰县人民法院判处有期徒刑二十年。1982年1月3日，因犯脱逃罪被江西省新建县人民法院加处有期徒刑三年。1988年6月15日，经江西省高级人民法院再审，以诈骗罪、奸淫幼女罪改判有期徒刑八年，与犯脱逃罪原判有期徒刑三年，合并执行有期徒刑十一年。
因涉嫌非法拘禁罪，王林于2015年7月15日，被江西省萍乡市公安局安源分局刑事拘留，同年8月20日经江西省萍乡市安源区人民检察院批准逮捕，同日由江西省萍乡市公安局安源分局执行逮捕。2017年1月10日被取保候审。
2016年11月11日，抚州市检察院指控王林犯非法拘禁罪、诈骗罪、非法持有枪支罪、行贿罪，向抚州市中院提起公诉。在审理过程中，王林于2017年2月10日因病死亡。
2017年3月28日，江西抚州中院作出裁定：对被告人王林终止审理。


王林代理律师陈有西告诉澎湃新闻，此裁定已宣布该案结束，法院方面没有处分没收王林财产。*

 :)I think cryptocurrency is the new era of currency, it has gotten big over the last years and paper money is so outdated for these times.
Probably if it gets too big banks will start making a coin and monopolizing it so that all benefits we actually have now will be gone..

 :)Not really. Bitcoin is pseudo-anonymous meaning that one can trace back the money to the person who transferred it. Otherwise it is pretty much the same as any fiat.

 :)I think i was looking for hobby in online and side job online while i am playing i can earn and save it for a long time before i withdraw it in the future if i needed it..  this is my plan before and i found bitcoin in other forum and i am faucet earner.. but i am not contented in faucet because its paying low.. and i am contented why they are accepting bitcoin.. and what is the real purpose why bitcoin is created and i found this forum and i learn a lot about bitcoin..
