Preload the blockchain up to this post, block 23,647.1. Backup & exit wallet.
2. Go to your appdata folder.
3. Delete everything except your wallet.dat, Giftcardcoin.conf, & peers.dat.
4. Unpack the blockchain into your appdata folder.

A sneak preview of the new GUI and GiftNet ecosystem is coming tonight!
In regards to individuals having syncing issues, please make sure you are using the newest wallet update and clear your app data (except wallet.dat) then resync. The nodes are hardcoded so no need for a config but you can include the peers from the post above for good measure.

No, this is not a hoax, DEV very honest old coins back to us! I think this money should be held for a long timeI was talking about extra coins coming from POS. This type of supply could harm coin. Am I wrong?
It has been brought to our attention that there was a clerical error regarding stake interest in the code. We are immediately working on a fix and apologize as we have been extremely busy developing the multiple facets of the ecosystem that we're unaware of this issue. A hard fork fix is incoming within the next half hour. Please do not send coins for the next 30 minutes and backup your wallets.

Unsure of what post you are referring to but if you feel this much disdain towards a minor clerical issue with the code then the sensible solution would be to exit your position. We have multiple new exciting updates in the works and this coding mistake will not inhibit GiftNet's growth. Take care.

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY 100002 COINS!
I can not accept a wallet.dat file from a blockchain that doesnt exist. There is no way for me to check what is on there.

As a side observer, I'may share my opinion.
It is quite rare to see honest Dev these days. The coin crashed two times and the Dev managed to fix things AND return coins to miners!
I saw a lot of similar cases here when devs abandon ship and run away!
Here appears to have a different case & now the project looking better.
My admires to the Dev. Keep the good work!
