What do you think about a Tails project?
It's possible integrate this sistem with darkcoin?

Wallet Green Adress run online and on tok-usb, it's possible for next future darkcoin wallet?
It's possible hide the work of masternodes with Tails sistem?

Thanks Smiley

I try again... Smiley
Answer?

Tails is based on Tor...Tor is no good with bitcoin networks.  That would be a no-go.

Tails has I2P too (requires a boot parameter to be active these days). I'm personally a lot more interested in hearing what exactly Evan has in mind for the encrypted multipath routing implementation. Smiley

The proof of honour award claims that majority of votes for evan duffield are fake. http://www.coinssource.com/vote/

Any idea why?

When I voted via Twitter I noticed there are some really old tweets using that hash tag (related to some politician?). This may have something to do with it, but I don't know what filters they're using or anything.

Darksend Demonstration by Eduffield

I think many critics of Darkcoin have very little understanding of how Darksend works and why it is better than cryptonote or ZeroKnowledge. This post from Evan from darkcointalk summarizes it very well and demonstrates Darksend for newcomers, please bump every few pages.

No, check this out. I'll try to find where the source of that transaction came from. This is why Darksend is so powerful, this anon-transaction literally comes from all of these transactions below. There is no 1-to-1 relationship with the original money after the sessions happen. In crypto-note/zero knowledege the 1-to-1 relationship is still in the blockchain, it's just hidden with math (that could be broken later). With Darksend, you literally wipe out the relationship all-together (The ONLY way to prove who sent what is with the owners wallet):

It gets exponentially larger as you go backwards, I would keep going but that already took 30 minutes to do 3 rounds.

Good post, bump.

I was reading http://www.scientificamerican.com/article/quest-for-quantum-computers-heats-up/ and it reminded me to bump.

well in general quantum computers will change almost everything in IT.. all the current encryptions will be worthless, so considering this scenario we would have to talk about something else

A proper quantum computer would impact traditional asymmetric encryption algorithms. It would have little or no impact on symmetric algorithms. There are already alternative asymmetric algorithms, but they have significantly higher overhead.

It's not even clear that quantum computers can scale to the level required for amazing things like breaking traditional public key systems. Although in my opinion it's just a question of time, so it would be best to continue to assume the worst (eg, the Bitcoin protocol cold storage design).

Hey camo,

sorry i took so long to send you my address. Do I still get that free DRK?
Just sent it.

Still waiting on GNULinuxGuy. 3 posts, claims to have been helping the project... I wonder if he'll even notice...

Received. Thanks! I've been pretty active on IRC the past couple of months or so.

i noticed something a bit strange on mintpal. If you click on the alltime chart for drk it only goes back five days but all other coins have much longer trade charts visible. The drk chart on mintpal used to go back months , but now its been 48hrs and its still the same only displaying the past few days of trade history. Does anyone know why?

My guess is it's related to the chart refresh bug they had on the DRK market the other day. Could try reporting it in #mintpal to see if they're aware of it.

Guys and girls, if you get a chance, chime in on this r/bitcoin thread about laundering/mixing. A Monero supporter has tried to hijack it saying that they are the best anon:

http://www.reddit.com/r/Bitcoin/comments/2fmxjl/how_safe_it_bitcoin_launderingmixing/

We know better...

Tao

P.S. My comment is at the bottom of the page, downvoted to obliviion.

Did some voting and posted once trying to include some useful information. With all the misinformation, paranoia, and hate in this ecosystem it's truly amazing we manage to keep any projects moving forward!

I want another whale to buy it in one gulp to teach the manipulator a lesson, take his DRK, and make him buy back higher. http://fun.resplace.net/Emoticons/Evil/EvilSmile.gif

Wow! Smiley I need to try that again.

I wish for a superwhale to send BTC to the moon, DRK to the stars, and LTC to the place Kristov most eloquently explained it deserves. http://fun.resplace.net/Emoticons/Evil/EvilSmile.gif

That would certainly make this the best weekend for me in a very long time! Smiley
