Ask the mods to comment on the current investigations into polo's dodgy behaviour and watch them ban you quick fast.

Below is the law firms contact info. As I said they were quick to respond. I originally sent a message to the info address. I have a contact there now. I don't want to give out that info without asking. I'll ask them tomorrow how they'd like the word to be spread.

BERNS WEISS LLP https://www.law111.com/ info@law111.com

This firm has a dedicated team they formed in 2013 that works specifically in crypto and blockchain technology. I didn't know that at first. I think I read they're helping coinbase with their IRS subpoena for personal records.

I think everyone needs to check out poloniexscam.com, it is one of many new websites over the last few weeks outing the dodgy behaviours of poloniex and compiling info to assist the upcoming lawsuits.

Quote: This website (poloniex.com) is a fraud, designed to take as much of your BitCoin as possible. The disclaimer on their website is illegal, you can sue them, they at no point mention the website is run by computer software and manipulated by insider traders, which is illegal. If you or someone you know has been affected by this website, please contact us and we will post your comments on our website as soon as possible.

there is a large number of lawsuits being built over the last few weeks regarding their actions and the community has been donating a large sum to fund the fight against poloniex.

The disclaimer poloniex make you agree to is illegal under USA federal laws and this in itself is enough to bring polo into a world of hurt.
The most important thing to note is the lawyers currently involved are more interested in the long delays or complete lack of response from the polo support and the excessively unnecessary delays in withdrawal requests.. they have been hinting that these actions will  be the smoking gun in the case to prove their actions in the market are intentional

more undeniable facts here : https://steemit.com/bitcoin/@shaerox/poloniex-on-the-way-to-become-mt-gox-cryptsy

Be safe guys.. if this all goes bad it will hurt the crypto community in a big way, we need to stick together and out these exchanges and dodgy characters damaging the future of crypto.

POLONIEX is a bullshit service lately.. fake Txid's, failed withdrawals, fake 'ddos' excuses.. feels a lot like the pre Mt Gox collapse all over again.. the trollbox is full of complaints and all the mods do is ban the poor people complaining.

The worst thing about all their dodgy behaviour lately is when a coin peaks and no-one can trade (or close open positions) how does the coin value dive so severely while the site is still inactive? seems too suss to me.. and to make things worse you cant get any responses from support for the last week or two.

is this the beginning of the end of polo?
im glad i only have pennys there and keep most of my trading coins on real exchanges that have legit HQ addresses (yep look them up.. virtual office?? seems totally legit.. pfft.)

So just to clear this g up.. the NEW KERNEL + AMD drivers are only for the Rx image? I'm running R image and just want to check before updating.

Keep up the good work Tytanick
Yes its only for RX OS. In 4 OS the update button should be unavailable - It is not available right ?

The beta menu and updates are showing as available for me but not an issue.Planning to upgrade all of the old r9 series rigs this month and running rx470's in a few new builds.

On the topic of RX series what RX470/480's are performing the best currently with smos?

Thought it best to ask the smos community  Wink Smiley

I like the new Claymore 11.1 linux version. Getting over 2500 S/sec on my 6-rig R9 Fury rig!

http://i.imgur.com/nj2jjA7.png

That's a picture of the command line output of the Claymore application. This is stock R9 Fury - the one with 3 fans on it.

Any tutorial for a Linux Rookie on how to set it up for Claymore mining?  Also does OC the Memory or Core clock boost the speed past 420 or no?

If your new to Linux just use the Simplemining OS (https://simplemining.net/) just select the claymore 11.1 miner and away you go..

Nice update for Tahiti, but altho on my 290(hawaii) asm kernel works I don't see speed update... any idea what to try?
15.12 everywhere
7950 jumped from 180 to 220 (stock), 290 stay at ~ 250-260
I have a rig with 3x7950 and 1x290 - now they are almost equal in speed :S
Great job as always Cheesy :bows:

I can confirm no speed increase on Hawaii or that is just 1-2% and hard to notice...

Does anyone ever read the previous posts or do they just ask the same fucking stupid questions?

Tytanick - are you adding Claymore's ZCash AMD GPU Miner v11.0 (Windows/Linux) ?

Please do.. again this upgrade (cm11) is good for 7970/280x rigs

All newer cards are still better with cm9.3 (470's & 480's)

Thanks again for all the great work your doing.

It's great for 7970's and 280x's 😁

I'm mining on a Windows Server 2012 (I know...I know).

In any case, I have 2x 7970's but the miner is recognizing it as AMD 280X ... Is there a command switch to set it to 7970?

Thanks

They are the same chip set. Not really any difference with the two. I have both running together in a few old 6 card rigs using simplemining o/s with claymore 9.3 and have no issues.
Great cards seeing they were soo cheap second hand before zcash 😁 at one stage I was getting them for less than $50 Aussie dollars a card.

Hi again, good to see the simpleminer progressing well. I have probably asked this in the past but is there any way to integrate a CPU miner? Just seems a bit of a waste to have all these rigs going and the CPU not being utilised to its full potential.

Hi, it has very low priority like for March atleast.

Thanks, looking forward to it 😀

Claymore ZEC 9.3 is out 😀😀

What pools are you guys using for zcash?
Trying dwarfpool, hashrate seem to be correct and consistent (unlike coinmine) but it's taking hours for a block with dwarfpool..

Anyone know who's got the biggest zcash pool?

I found the same problem initially with the new Claymore miner. I had to do a few hard resets and massage the memory and power tune settings compared to the optiminer settings but after a bit of trial and error I managed to get it all going good.

As tytanick said try to lower the settings or reset to stock and reboot to get a stable.
I have found that Claymore cannot handle the higher clock settings that optiminer could handle but after playing around for a bit can still get better hashrate with Claymore with lower clock speeds.
Im mining with 2 rigs running 7970/280x and another rig running r9 290's

Is anyone using dwarfpool on Claymore 9.2 for zec? From what I'm reading on the forums dwarfpool seems to be the best but I haven't switched from coinmine yet.

Coinmine seems to fluctuate way too much.. or is it just me?

Again great job on the updates tytanick.

Just noticed dwarfpool has a zcash pool now.. I have just started to give it a go using optiminer. Anyone else made the switch?

What zcash pools are you using on simplemining? And what hashrate are you getting?

7970/r9 280x = 160s/s each
