I typed my "special request" pictured above correctly, but the submission form stripped the apostrophe, quotes, and period out of my sentence.  Just a word of warning in case anyone's special request hinges on exact punctuation.

We're in the exact same boat you are.  SquareWear & Metacoin are both down, and we've delayed the launch of our third business because we were banking on mybitcoin.com to process the transactions.  We haven't found anything we're happy with yet.  We're kind of waiting for the MtGox merchant services to come online, but the site has said it will "be up soon" for a very long time.  We're definitely interested any suggestions as well.

LaGuardia is a little closer to the venue, but you should be fine either way.

I am going.  I haven't actually sent Bruce my bitcoins yet, but I'm coming.

I inquired to the owner of btcdeals about the business.  We considered acquiring it.  He was very up front about his number one problem being shipping times.  The 3rd party shipping companies he uses are VERY slow, sometimes taking over a month.  It's the price of being able to ship internationally for $1.  I'm NOT vouching for this guy, it is possible btcdeals is a scam, but I think it's more probable that shipping times are just excruciatingly slow.
