Since many years bitcoin lurking around the blockchain which is nothing but its boundary. However both of them are still different and we can choose from them.
BLOCK-CHAIN : Is self sustaining platform, decentralised one and if you want to use it then you are free to do so. Taking that into consideration great smart contracts were produced already such ETH on which different ICO projects are now being evolved.
BITCOIN : Just an algorithm or contract that runs on the BLOCK-CHAIN for its own existence and is valued separately depending upon the demand-supply and investments that are being made into it. It is more or less helpful in different applications such as transactions, storing the value, and all the processes of investing it and growing your earnings. This comes when the end user is going to use it. This all happens over the block-chain itself.

Except on every round the dip gets deeper and deeper.

I dont know how much more. My $1350 investment is worth $526.78 as of this moment.My coins were BTH, LTC, and ETH.

I believe that BTC price will set a bottom before a relatively strong rebound (but still does not exceed 13k8) and start the downward fluctuation until it has accumulated enough, then the uptrend will start again. So recently I was using this app called Instagram (in case some of you never heard of it) and I posted some pictures & videos related to Bitcoin on my Instagram Stories (Like that day when the price goes insanely high and keep going til now). Then 2 days ago some of my friends suddenly asked me about what Bitcoin is & how could the price goes up like that. And I was surprisingly glad to know that I've influenced some people to get to know Bitcoin. And then I introduced them to Bitcoin and answer their questions about it, there were 3 people asking about Bitcoin that day just because of this 1 post.
I mean why don't we just use this power of social media to make people aware about this Cryptocurrency, well I know that there are already some people doing this (like those YouTube channels).
But what I'm talking about here is to us to post something about Bitcoin on our social media, you can just at least post something like your first transaction with Bitcoin and share your story on your Facebook or take the picture of your book that you just bought from the internet using your Bitcoin and then post it on your Twitter.
Don't be afraid to share your experience, you won't get hurt by doing it!(at least not now)

IMO BTC is going to continue to trend down and settle around a range of $4,500 to $5,500 at a new psych level. Reasons are slow adoption world wide from other countries than Japan and growing competition from alts.
I don't think so. Now that the price of bitcoin has stopped falling, I think it will soon start to return to normal. We don't have to worry about bitcoin dying. Now that the entire encryption market is falling, what we can do is continue to wait.I read an article a couple of days ago, in which a guy was saying that he thinks bitcoin will reach 100.000 $ by the end of 2018.

I've read a lot of articles that say bitcoin will be $500,000 or even $1 million. Everyone has their own understanding. But I think it's hard for bitcoin to reach $100,000 in 2018. Now the price of bitcoin is $7,500, and it needs to go up 11 times to reach $100,000, which I think is very difficult to achieve in 2018.What do you guys think?
