Wouldn't finding blocks at a lower rate be detrimental??

If the hashrate has been reduced by 10% does that then mean it has effectively reduced our collective ability to mine?

Hi guys, been mining on Dogecoin.poolgen for a few days now and saw great success with just my laptop at the beginning, then after setting up a single VM on Azure. Was getting fairly regular payouts of (small) payments every 1 to 2 hours, now however it's becoming closer to 12 hours for a payout, any ideas why that may be?

I'm running 2 VM on Azure giving 166KH/s btw

Hello folks! I'm new to this but have found the process quite interesting to say the least! Got my miner up and running yesterday after reading the 'getting started' tutorial, then let it run ever since... fingers crossed for some good Doge returns. Still reading through the forum and learning as much as possible, love it! Any tips for a newbie regarding making a mining rig? Must be affordable however.
