Dear Chipstars Team

Seeing as you are online promoting your casino perhaps you'd have time to answer the very simple question below

Can you confirm if you now hold a UK licence?

I'm sure it can't be that difficult a question?

Thanks

Thank you for the feeback, indeed, we would appreciate if the posters here try us and leave their candid feeback, we are really as feature complete as can be now and it is correct to say established and licenced.

Kind regards,

Chipstars team

As far KYC, we do not bother crypto players with KYC unless there was something odd detected, we really keep it as simple as it comes, try it out, deposit a bit crypto, play some and request a withdrawal, you will be happy:-)

And lastly, for restricted countries, just use a VPN, we do not mind. Cool
I don't think this is a good idea, there's a high chance a user who use VPN will make the casino detect something suspicious if there's many accounts are using same IP address. What if someone use VPN and then they submit a personal information that if he's from a country that ban gambling? will you report it to court since the player is break the law on his country or what?

I think the best way is to ask KYC at first when someone want to use VPN due to his own reason.
Hi, there is nothing to worry as far VPN's go, however, keep in mind that the game selection and payment instrument availability is based on sign up country provided by the player and secondary the browser language and or IP address, sometimes it is best to use a VPN for the own country.

You can take our word, we do not flag VPN use, unless someone claims they never use a VPN and always play from the same location, but the logs show otherwise, we think this is reasonable.

People who have been with us will confirm that KYC for crypto users is not a thing, unless many other flags (not VPN) surface.

We would never report anyone to any government if they are playing from some place where gambling is banned, we have some serious fraudsters trying to penetrate the platform, like every casino does, we just block them from doing so. We are strictly KYC only if it is really required.

Off course, anyone who wants to get verified immediately, which is a welcome new trend, can do so right in their account.

Dear Chipstars

You've STILL not sorted my settlement out yet despite numerous promises to do so?

Can you tell me what your objection to resolving it is?

Indeed, we do have a very non prohibitive licence issued by the Curacao government, there are a handful of taboo countries for which we cannot host their citizens. These would be France, UK, Netherlands and all it's colonies and dependencies, USA Undecided , Italy and of course all the OFAC countries.

The OP wrote this above.

I have a couple of very quick questions regarding it to ask the OP.

Is the United Kingdom a "taboo" country from which you cannot host their citizens?

Also, what is you company stance should you mistakenly accept citizens from a "taboo" country?

Thanks
