Re: Just Started to Accept Bitcoin in my Espresso Bar
by
Ganbound
on 21/06/2019, 10:11:46 UTC
Hey guys how you doing, hope y'all well.
I run a Pop-up Coffee Bar inside the Record Store in Camden / London.

Yesterday I announced that I accept Bitcoin for your caffeine fix:

https://twitter.com/Coffee_Tune/status/1100734272120475651?s=19

To make most of it I need a good list of Bitcoin Merchant Directories where I can add my business.

I added my business in few of them but I need much more. If you have a y link or any handy list, please share. Have a good one!

This is going to help convince a lot of. Your customers to try out Bitcoin. Those that never heard about cryptocurrency before would be forced to try it out and see how it works, even those that knows about it and have never made use of it would like to try it. By the time they come there to take coffee like up to ten times and keeps on seeing that Bitcoin logo, they would be forced to try it out someday. Keep it up you're doing a great job and I hope your business continues to grow very big more than what it is now, so that it can help to get many people to make use of cryptocurrency.

Re: What to expect from Bitcoin after the last BTC gets mined?
by
Ganbound
on 01/12/2018, 07:34:13 UTC
Seeing the current fuss going on in the markets and the buzz that Bitcoin may lose its value down more to $1-2k levels (without any solid reasons except we may call this the biggest shake of investors' confidence), what do you really expect when the last Bitcoin gets mined?

I've got 2 things in my mind I'd like to share:

- Miners will push the fee higher and higher if the value drops (and even if it doesn't, they'll probably do the same because there won't be any rewards for the same and they'll not serve us for lower, maybe). So, after the hike in fee values, will there be the same clutter and people would sell BTC and choose some other alt for their money-making needs?

- Miners will completely stop mining BTC which would give us the chance to mine it with our PCs once again (maybe) and/or people might completely stop using BTC because there maybe a sudden drop in price (like we expected a price jump but it dropped like hell just because last BTC mined and mining fee hike as said in first scenario).
At that time Bitcoin will be a global currency and the value of Bitcoin will be increased much more than we can expect so in that time even the mining fees will work better for the miners and the crypto community will be the rich community and they will be able to afford the fees and a smaller fraction of fees will be a bigger amount for the miners.

Re: How do you determine a good ICO project?
by
Ganbound
on 01/12/2018, 07:02:31 UTC
Nowadays too many scam project just to cheat money, how u guys determine is it a good project?

to determine whether a project is good or not is indeed not easy, first we must be very careful in seeing a project, not to be fooled.
I myself will determine the good project if it is managed by a good team. then selling the tokens is high. and the project roadmap is very clear. I think like that.
We also have to look at the product of the project. There are many products which have a high demand so the projects of that get more investors and after the development the product demand increases the value of the coin so if you will have invested in that coin then you will get a high profit in the future.

Re: which trading exchange site best for beginner ?

on 17/11/2018, 07:15:39 UTC
It is difficult to start trading this time because the market is on the downside, but you can buy and hold for a while after the price can increase. And if you are fine with that, I think you can try with binance, bittrex, and poloniex because I think it's good for the beginner since, on that site, you will find a big list of coins that you can buy.
It is never to lose heart when you are with bitcoin. They always go up and down and repeat this scenario many many times. Don’t be afraid of low price, rather best opportunity to buy bitcoin.

Re: Beginner's Luck
by
Ganbound
on 22/10/2018, 10:43:51 UTC
I think not only the Beginner's Luck but the main think which made profit is the fear of loosing the money. As so many times i have seen even now when ever i am betting with afraid of loosing the money in any new game in beginning i always winning but as the comfort level is going up or after 2 or 3 days play on 4th day it start to lose and until i find the reason i lost everything even the initial investment also.

So i think beginner luck is due to playing gambling in fear of not to lose the investment and that too playing without any strategy is giving profit but as soon as you start to use strategy and play and loosing starts it.

I'm not sure I can grasp how your fear of losing money can impact the probability of winning, but I agree that with a strategy you can lose much more than when playing without any. I think emphasizing the fact that beginners usually play without any strategy you are, probably, making a good point. Maybe that's how we can explain the so-called "beginner's luck", or at least partially explain it. Newbies play without any strategy and that's why they win more frequently than veteran players whose strategies kill their luck on a regular basis.
The more you fear the more you lose. Gamblers should gamble in free and clear mind and don’t think too much about the result of the game. If you are lucky and experience your chances of winning will definitely increase. If you are new gambler you can try your luck only and should spend most of the time in seeking different techniques used by veteran players.

It's very difficult to say when will be a time for buying. News background can be temporary and have controlled whale market. The better waiting a stability growth and go than spend on the bottom.
In my opinion the current situation of the market is very bad because nobody is happy with the situation and some investors say that in this day investing in bitcoin is just a waste of time and money because there is no positive movement in the price. But I think that the price will grow after long time and we will have to wait till that time. Don’t be panic and be patient.

In my candid opinion, I believe many people are motivated by money. You know there is one thing called money, that everyone is trying to find in life and we all need it, don't let anybody deceive, people always pretend they don't really need it but actually they really need it to make life better and more enjoyable. Just work work and earn money.  Believe it or not we really need it.
Yeah of course people are motivated by money. I am working in an insurance company and when the head office calls us for any meeting or training, they pay all its employees per day. By this way they motivate their employees. If there is no money, nobody will take interest. In this world everyone is working for money. Money is the only factor for survival.

Re: Whether Getting Married At a Young Age Can Lead To Poverty And Make Poor Economy
by
Ganbound
on 18/10/2018, 12:34:22 UTC
Getting married at a young age doesn't lead to poverty. Getting pregnant and having to raise a kid at a young age leads you to poverty especially if you have too many of them or the parents themselves doesn't have the financial capacity to raise a kid properly. I know of people who got married early and are still making profit.
I don’t think so because if you can manage your expenses and earnings, you will never face poverty. It is right that if your income is limited and your family is large then you will not be able to fulfill all their needs and dreams. As your family gets longer your daily expenses will increase and for that you will need more money to overcome and if you don’t then you can face financial problems.

Re: Will Ethereum prices disappoint you again?
by

on 18/10/2018, 06:36:15 UTC
Ethereum prices dropped in the last 2 days. I am hopeful for it to rise up again.

It will rise up again, surely. But its days of having a really high price point is long gone. Lots of other altcoins are showing their teeth and proving they are better than Eth in the long run. Take Byteball, for instance. Much like Eth but with simpler smart contracts.
Ethereum price also dropped more than $500 and for a small investor it is a big amount. I this that Ethereum investors should wait for some more time. In the coming days the prices may rise and so will be the price of ehtereum. Then they will be able to recover their deficits. Don’t be panic and hold on for some time to pass these rough conditions of the market.

Re: Current BTC price below 8K
by
Ganbound
on 17/10/2018, 12:16:32 UTC
Surprisingly, but lately Bitcoin price become stable around 6550$ and it's been almost a week now. That's why it's a good sign and the price will start after some time slowly rise.

Its broken out of a triangle down to support and then is rising from that support.  I'm told 6600 is a good target for that bounce but overall I wanted a break upwards not this reset and rewind which overall is not gaining anything overall.   Here is a chart showing that support line -

It will remain below $8k because there are no more high investments and when there are low demands from the people all over the world the price will never go up. It needs more and more investment then the price will go up. Therefore we all need to promote bitcoin in our local communities and also on different media platforms to increase the value of it instead of just asking questions.

Re: "Bitcoin mining is a Big no!"
by

on 17/10/2018, 11:08:26 UTC
Ive met some group of financial adviser, they told me that the best way to aquire bitcoin is through cloud mining, they gave me names of trusted cloud mining providers and as of my research, they are well known and trusted.
Then ive met some people, whos already earning big bucks on bitcoin, they dont recommend cloud mining. They told me that its expensive and risky, but as for my understanding its good way of gaining passive income.
What are the possible reason on thier contradiction?
Whos recommendation should i try and why?

To tell you frankly, cloud mining is just a piece of shit. Out of 100% of your capital your ROI after 6 months or more would be 75% only, if you invest on any cloud mining site. But if you buy mining rig like Asic or others it is much good though its expensive and will give you a high cost sometime in electricity, But I think it depends if the area is a cold place. Bitcoin mining machine can really give you a passive income as well.
Bitcoin mining is not an easy job and need many things like place for mining, big investment, experts and electricity. In these days the price of bitcoin is not good and miners are not making any good profit, therefore they are thinking about quitting mining. If these miners quit mining the supply will down more but the price will not go up because it is not a product of daily use.
I don’t believe in cloud mining because you don’t know the miner and give your money to an anonymous person. It is much better to set at home and done work. Atleast you will not lose your money if you are not earning. Cloud mining means to give the keys of your wallet to a person whom you don’t know. Anyway I think that mining should be continued but not cloud mining.

Re: What is The actual senses about bitcoin for common people ?

on 17/10/2018, 09:30:26 UTC
Most of the people out there are living with lots of misconceptions about Bitcoin. These people are carried away by the the fake news presented by the media and also thrive on the attacks coming from the governments and banks.
Gradually people will come to know about cryptocurrency and will start believing it. It is hard for most of the people to accept cryptocurrency because it is a matter of money and when there is money involved people would think 100 times before making investment. but I am sure one day the whole world will invest and use in cryptocurrency.

I think it's a good thing to invest in altcoin profitable yet but not just altcoin buying or just wanting because you can lose it if you want to invest in altcoin to check first well or check it out so you will not lose the investment you want to make sure to buy it so you can earn a fortune somewhere to buy a good altcoin.

Yeah you are right, investors should try to catch an opportunity to earn money from crypto trading and this is the right time for investment in Altcoin because the prices are rising gradually. if you hold your coins for some more time you will definitely earn good profit, but don’t lose confidence and be optimistic. Your trust in crypto will never let you dishearten in bad conditions.

Re: Do you think their will be another Bull Run this year? I D0 NOT THINK SO!
by
Ganbound
on 15/10/2018, 10:17:24 UTC
There's two major theories here. One is the bearish descending triangle. If it breaks down, most traders are aiming at the $2,000s or $3,000s.

The second is a rising bottom. Here's one example of a Wyckoff accumulation schematic:

We need to see a sign of strength (SOS) to confirm. And if we do go that way, I don't think it'll be a bull run like last year. No ATH expected. I think it'll be a mid-term rally that tops near the $10K or $12K resistances, or maybe a bit higher.
I think the price is quite stable as of but what I have seen is no major set back but maintaining its level and not showing sign of strength, If you compare it from last year until you cannot predict because as we know bitcoins price is very volatile, anything is possible.
The best think in my opinion is to analyze the current market and observe the current market trend and people’s trust to decide the future price. Investors are not interested in bitcoin anymore because they have lost lots of money in the start of this year and from that time the price is not increasing. Now how is it possible that the price will jump to $20000 till December?

Re: Is $6000 to $7000 the stable price for bitcoin?
by
Ganbound
on 14/10/2018, 07:30:40 UTC
looking at the market throughout the year it seems that bitcoin prices are stable in the price range of $6000 to $7000, maybe we will be able to survive in this range until the end of the year, and the market will probably start to climb in the middle of next year because at the beginning of the year I still feel it's difficult for bitcoin to start crawling up but if there is good news about ETF the situation might get better in a short time, hopefully ETF approval will not be delayed so that bitcoin can moon again.
You are right from the start of this year the price of bitcoin is almost stable and there is no big growth for the last several months. I think that this situation is due to manipulation of the market and now the buyers are rare in the market which affects the price. I also agree that if the ETF is approved the market cap will go up and the price may cross $10000 till the end of the year.

Re: When to trade altcoins?
by
Ganbound
on 13/10/2018, 13:43:15 UTC
I think the main question doesn't change from the main bitcoin to any little small coin and anything in between. The proper time to trade has always been during either stagnant markets like we have right now or bull markets. If the price of any coin reaches to a point that last 30 days has been over 100%+ increase it is time to stop trading it for a while, at least watch it from afar before going back in.

If something has fallen a lot recently it is exactly the same, start watching from afar before trading. The best time to trade something is while its standing still without a move or when its just going up but hasn't gone up too much.
I think the best time is when they are low and they offer something. When they are low like today than we know there is a big chance a red zone is followed by a green zone right afterwards. Nothing stays red for a long time, in the end they go up because this is the market, market can't stay red for a long time, if it wants to stay alive it needs to have both red and green, since we had the red zone now we are waiting for the green so great to buy now.

If you want to however buy something that offers something extra you can check ICO's or masternodes or staking coins and so forth so you could make decent return with them without even trading.

Re: hackers becoming smarter than exchanges?
by
Ganbound
on 13/10/2018, 11:13:15 UTC
Sometimes hackers make me feel that there are people been sponsored to erase trust in the system. Knowing fully that hacking is a criminal offence that is punishable

It is true, there are a lot of people that is paid or maybe voluntarily making themselves not trusting or doubting the system in order for other people to realize that there are no perfect systems.

But for me, these hackers are great people or maybe you can call them geniuses are the reason why securities are continuously being developed by a lot of developers and companies not because these hackers are hacking them but because with these hackers in their side, they can tell what part of the securities should be developed and be upgraded.
The question is this why these hackers cannot be controlled? If this situation continues in the future, people will never invest in cryptocurrency. Nobody want to lose his hard earn money so easily. This is also not good for the future of cryptocurrency. When there is no investment, crypto will automatically disappear from the market. So it is necessary to stop these hackers to secure investors.

Re: weak period for cryptocurrency, do you agree?

on 11/10/2018, 13:56:22 UTC
It's already over, well, probably all year round, we all feel that there is probably no time to cry out now! (Now is the time for expectations, analysts and market cleansing from slag!
The market has already been washed off the down projects and the coins that had been attracting money for other reasons. Those new in the business who do not have great knowledge about how and where to invest fell preys to these coins. This weak phase has actually benefited the market to get rid of such slag.

Now, as the market recovers, the chances of making investment in the potential coins would be more than high and this will further push up these coins with great potential in the market which eventually pay off in terms of profit as well.

Re: Taking a break from gambling
by

on 11/10/2018, 11:53:35 UTC
Also important that you detach yourself from all unwanted stuff and especially where money is involved you better be staying away because it can take away your money as you lose the bets rather  than wining the amount from it.
You could detach yourself from gambling and out your money into other stuff. Grin
Those who are risk takers just can stop themselves from doing such things. For them a good investment would also be good but they will fail because they have not patience. In gambling though patience is less important for games like dice, slots etc. So its what attracts them to it. Trading is also not their cup of tea because they are not willing to do any analysis or study.

maybe you have had a bitter experience at gambling, so you can learn from your experience. so that you can master the self-control that every gambler must have
Some people do end up with a bitter experience but they still dont learn their lesson. Say they promise to give up gambling but after 2weeks they are back. Self-control is important and determination to stick to the rule is also important.
You are right that in gambling, gamblers always lose their money and win seldom. It is good to keep aside for some time and if possible quit forever. When you leave gambling for some time, you may be able to give less time to gambling and finally you may able to quit gambling completely. If you give more time to your family friends and relatives, you will feel relaxed.

Re: What kind of growth would last? Quick growth or slow and steady growth?
by
Ganbound
on 10/10/2018, 11:50:02 UTC
We had a huge pump in 2017 which did not last for even 2 months. But look at the growth trend from February 2018. Though the price fall of bitcoin was drastically huge, it just stayed above $5000 which should be noted closely. I like this growth trend and wish this continues. Such trend will seriously bring in strong and healthy investors into the crypto market. We would certainly and undoubtedly reach minimum $25K by end of 2020 not falling back to below $20K. Kindly bring out your thoughts on it.
Quick growth is not guaranteed like the previous one. We have quick growth experience already, therefore I think that slow and steady growth is good and will last forever. When the price increases with the passage of time and according to the market cap it will never dump in the future, but if there is unnatural growth it will definitely collapsed suddenly.
