Re: Is Bitcoin Dead Now

Will Bitcoin come down to $1K after India Govt Ban. Please vote on this and share this with your friend.

Read the article for more information - https://ambcrypto.com/bitcoin-btc-banned-in-india-reserve-bank-of-india-releases-an-official-statement/
The Indian government has not banned bitcoin, which has not had a significant impact on the price of bitcoin, which has risen today at a price of $6,800. I don't think the price of bitcoin will go down to $1, which will cause the entire encryption market to collapse, and many of the encrypted currencies will die.

Re: Is Bitcoin a currency or asset?
by
GardenChristian

Bitcoin’s very volatile prices have reignited the debate about its usefulness as a currency or as an asset. In some ways, Bitcoin suits the definition of currency quite adequately but if the volatility is less. It allows for the creation of secure and transparent transactions. Thus, can be used as a secondary currency in future. Some of the experts have huge concerns over its volatility. But, sooner or later the prices may remain less volatile as of today.

I have mentioned few points about Bitcoin as a currency or as an asset in my article here: https://atozforex.com/news/is-bitcoin-a-currency-or-asset/

What's your opinion about BTC as a currency or an asset?

Suggestions and comments appreciated  Smiley Wink
I think bitcoin is both. Bitcoin has been recognized in some countries, and people use bitcoin as a currency to pay for it. People invest in bitcoins, so bitcoins are an asset, and people can easily exchange bitcoins for money.

I had a blood clot on my brain in late January and stroked out.By the time I got out of hospitals rehab a month later I’m seeing 85% losses, with no end in site. I can’t ride this rollercoaster any lower. I’ll be happy to escape with some profits now rather than ending up underwater. Good luck to all.
No one can predict the future price of bitcoin, maybe your choice is right, but nothing is more important than health. I bought bitcoin for $16,000, and now the price is $6,600, and I'm losing a lot of money, but I'm still sticking to it, and I'm sure it's coming to the bottom and starting to recover.

BTC will go upto 100000$ within 5 years.
Yes, now the price of the currency falling, lost a lot of a lot of people, they lose confidence in the currency, finally because of panic selling bitcoin, people can no longer continue to hold patiently. But we need to stick to it, and I think the bottom is here, and it will soon be back.

Re: Worried about btc future
by
GardenChristian
on 05/04/2018, 14:09:35 UTC
I see a lot of optimism about bitcoin, which is understandable seeing the price recently.
But I have to admit I'm a little worried about the long term future of btc.
The major problems if the currency still haven't been dealt with. I see 2 major ones:

-Block size. Which makes the delay and fees of transaction rise very fast. Smaller transactions are more and more difficult to make.
-The centralization of the market. China got low cost electricity, which make them by far the most bitcoin mining capable.
-And maybe others that I'm not aware of.

Another thing: The Hard forks that are oddly getting much more frequent than before. (BCH, BTG, Segwitx2 etc...) It almost looks like "attacks" in order to divide us. Now called "airdrops" by the community. Even though they're supposed to solve some of the problems.

All in all, this makes me really worried about btc future. I've been a strong holder since 2014, and I made quite a lot of money with bitcoins, but I begin to doubt now, even though the price is crushing ATM. Please help me keeping faith. Or should I switch to another currency ? Really thinking about ETH recently.
We don't have to worry about the future of bitcoin. Now that bitcoin has fallen behind, we have to admit it. There are some excellent altcoins now, and their technology is better than bitcoin. But they still haven't been able to replace bitcoin. The value of bitcoin is now more than just a matter of technology; it is important for cryptocurrencies.

Re: Will Bitcoin be replaced by another cryptocurrency?

Does it make sense to believe that Bitcoin could one day be replaced by another cryptocurrency, that is, a cryptocurrency that really does make Bitcoin obsolete?
I think it's possible. There are a lot of altcoins that are far more technologically advanced than bitcoin, but they are not replacing bitcoin, which is still the king of the state-owned cryptocurrency. I don't think there will be an encrypted currency to replace bitcoin in the short term, and we need time to test it.

Hi guys me want suggestions

me planning to sell all my btc and wana buy etherium  ETH as btc is down 6.23 % in 24 hr and eth is down 10.68 % so me thinking best time to buy eth as it will grow

what says guys ?
Yes, the entire encryption market is falling, and I don't know when it will stop falling. I've lost a lot of money. I hope it stops falling as soon as possible. I think you can choose to keep waiting, and when the market stops falling, you're selling bitcoins to buy ETH. I think it will bring you more benefits.

What is your experience in working for Bitcoin? Are you a freelancer earning BTC or do you work in a company that supports paying out wages in BTC?

what are the best places to earn Bitcoin as a professional? I'm interested because I would like to know if people at different places start work for Bitcoin more or more or still mainly choose fiat currencies? how is the situation in your country?

i'm interested in all perspectives
thanks
I'm not a professional bitcoin person. In the past few months, I got a lot of COINS investment income, I don't think this is I have a lot of experience, I didn't contact before , I think it's just my luck is very good, but I still quit my job career all , I think the bitcoin will develop well in the future, I need a lot of time learning about the bitcoin

Why does China have an unfriendly policy on cryptocurrencies such as bitcoin? Will the future change?

The Chinese government has great control over the entire economic market. They need to control the market economy, but the currency is fragmented and anonymous, the Chinese government can't control the currency, so they choose to ban the currency, it is not bad for them

I do not think bitcoin will fall back to $ 6000, is it time for bitcoin to rest? and replaced by ETH or Ripple?

I want your answer based by the reasons.
I don't think bitcoin has stopped falling. In the past two days, the price of the currency has gone up a lot, it increased from $6200 to $6200, but I think this is just a temporary rise, it will continue to fall, I think that $5000 will be at the bottom of it.

http://astrohacker.com/ahc/bitcoin-is-the-economic-singularity/

After reading this, the scale of black market and digital economies and the effect Bitcoin will have on them I am pretty certain we are going to be very wealthy men -- even with a sum as small as 10 Bitcoins. It's just so hard to believe. We are only in the beginning storms with these significant rallies from 10 to 20 dollars. I will not be surprised to see prices from hundreds to thousands in the coming months.

The world just isn't going to be the same and we have been blessed as the pioneers.

What are you going to do with your Bitcoin wealth once your coins hit upwards of $10,000 a pop?
It turns out that your wish has come true. Bitcoin has reached $20,000 in the past four months. Bitcoin has been developing very well over the last few years, and its price has gone up thousands of times, and if you still have bitcoin, you have become a millionaire.

Re: How to Make Money in Crypto
by
GardenChristian
on 02/04/2018, 17:56:18 UTC
Good day as I am new to the crypto world What is really the way to make $ in in crypto ? such as Bitcoin or other coins?

I understand as i have some invested. in my wallets the values go up and down, so you can cash out or sell when value up?

do you just buy and sell currency as the markets move up and down? or what other ways to make $ with crypto?
do you transfer bitcoin over to other websites etc?

or what should i be focusing on? thanks

just like to know what all the experts do?
I think it's not that easy to make money through encryption, it's not stable, we can't predict its price, we might lose money. I think the most stable way to make money is to do some kind of signature reward, which I don't think is a risk. You need time to complete the task to get the benefit.

As you can see from the last couple of months price of bitcoin going down and down..
Is this the beginning of the end?
If you think that the bitcoin is falling currency will end, so now the price of the bitcoin is restored, if I can't think the bitcoin will over, this is what a stupid idea, I think the bitcoin price is not stable, the price rise and fall is a normal adjustment

Re: Bitcoin is the most "feared investment"
by
GardenChristian
on 31/03/2018, 17:39:07 UTC
In 2013 to 2014, Bitcoin crashed from $1000 to $200

From 2016 to March 2018 Bitcoin was:

$1,000 to $20,000

$20,000 to $6,500

$6500 to to $12,000

$12,000 to $7,500   Grin

Bitcoin is the most "feared investment" after going up from $1 to $10,000 in 9 years and big names saying bad things for Bitcoin and cryptos
Yes, the price of bitcoin and its instability, its price is constantly changing. It can change a lot in a short period of time, which is both a risk and an opportunity for investors. If you can grasp the change rule of bitcoin price, then dai will be available.

Re: Is it better to mine or buy Bitcoin?
by
GardenChristian
on 31/03/2018, 15:48:54 UTC

i think Bitcoin is only profitable if done at large scales. you must get expensive mining equipment and of course it consumes a lot of electricity monthly. Also it’s usually much more cost effective to buy Bitcoins with this money instead of using it to buy mining equipment.

I think different people have different choices. People don't want to take a big risk, so he chose to dig the bitcoin, which is a stable get the bitcoin, but it requires a lot of money to buy equipment, and its benefit of waste is slow, you need a long time to get some bitcoin.

Re: Will Bitcoin Die Because of China?
by
GardenChristian
on 30/03/2018, 22:28:50 UTC

I guess the best answer to that question is of course a BIG NO! Granted, China is a big contributor for the rise and adoption of Bitcoin and they are primarily the country involved with Bitcoin mining due to very cheap electricity cost.

Now, the Chinese government has its own agenda and I think in the long run Bitcoin can be running against those agenda so they are now thinking of slowly disengaging and disconnecting their citizens away from the cryptocurrency platform.

I know that whatever China will decide on the impact can be heavy on the market and this is shown with the recent decision banning the ICO projects and the unconfirmed total ban of Bitcoin exchanges though it is still a rumor and nobody would want to confirm.

Can cryptocurrency still go on and have a very optimistic future even without China as part of the equation?
I don't think it's possible that bitcoin will die because of a country's ban. Bitcoin is now circulating around the world. If China bans bitcoin, it will have a big impact on bitcoin, but it won't end it. I think in the future, China will accept bitcoin again.

How the impact of this issue.

https://cointelegraph.com/news/google-to-ban-all-crypto-related-ads-starting-june-2018

whether this drama will affect the price of Bitcoin. Huh
Yes, now, Google, Facebook and twitter have banned advertisements for cryptocurrencies such as bitcoin and ico. I think this will have a bad effect on the entire encryption market. In the future they will regret their present decision and choose to accept encrypted ads again.

Can we expect bitcoin below $50 ?
I don't think such a thing can happen. If the price is less than $50. Then all the miners in the world will stop working and the bitcoin network will stop working. The entire cryptocurrency market is collapsing, and some cryptocurrencies will die.

Re: Bitcoin dropped by $2k
by
GardenChristian
on 30/03/2018, 16:48:58 UTC
As all of you know that the value dropped from a solid $11.5k to $9.5 recently. Could BitMex, the trading platform for bitcoin on other cryptos, where some users who had difficulty logging into its platform be one of the reasons for it?
How surprising that bitcoin has fallen from $20,000 to $6,900 in the past three months, which many believe will lead to the death of bitcoin. But if you look at the history of bitcoin, you'll see that it's normal, and it happens a lot.
