Trying to sell blackbytes through the Freebe bot. When the timer expires you can't get your coins back, it comes up with "Check that smart contract conditions are satisfied and signatures are correct". Not much on the net about it, can't find a fix.

Example post : https://www.reddit.com/r/ByteBall/comments/a6z634/tried_to_sell_blackbytes_now_theyre_stuck_in_a/

anyone know a solution or are most of my blackbytes now stuck forever?

definitely feels like the price could double from here with very little bother, it's interesting that someone put 40k coins for sale way up the sell side at 0.0056914 making it look like everyone was piling in to sell, it was effective and now coins can be scooped up under 0.001. Take those 40k coins away and there's only 27.5k left. I really get the feeling the stopping of the airdrops is like a big weight lifted off the shoulders.

Re: [ANN][LBTC]Lightning Bitcoin | First DPoS fork of BTC | Claim FREE coin now

I sent a transaction hours ago and it seems stuck. Many blocks have been mined, but it is still unconfirmed.

It came from a segwit address: http://explorer.lbtc.io/transinfo?txhash=e8199d715f349c711b96008ab7080087c2876a42bfc3aa0c24c70bda57ce5e53

Any ideas how to confirm or maybe cancel it and send it again?

I successfully broadcasted a child pays for parent transaction with a much higher fee, but the block explorer doesn't find this tx id too.

Anyone know what is wrong?
Sorry,we don't support segwit nor segwit address.

so, the post on the front page

"The original bitcoin holders can claim LBTC at a 1:1 ratio if you held BTC in the wallet or the supporting exchanges at Bitcoin block 499,999 (Dec. 18th, 2017) "

is a lie, Segwit holders at the snapshot can't claim.

Also, the graphic just below that claiming 21 million coin supply is also a lie. You can't say 21m coins then "oh but every coin on a segwit address is not supported"

byteball airdrops really are terrible, I don't know whose idea it was to constantly give away to people who don't even hold the coin so people only interested in holding BTC and dumping byteball immediately get rewarded on a regular basis, it's a terrible setup. Bitcore is a good example because it's a % based on your bitcore holdings so it encourages people to hold and accumulate. It makes no sense at all to keep rewarding people who just dump right away. I'm very disappointed with the way it's all turned out.

Byteball airdrops are now mainly for Byteball holders. Linked BTC gives very little Bytes.

yet it still gives to just btc holders, even if it's smaller than it was it's still rewarding people who hold zero byteballs, it's a terrible system when they could simply airdrop based on a % of current byteball holdings. It makes no sense to keep rewarding people over and over who hold zero byteball.

any volume is being bought.  Smiley didn't anticipate that

My advice is to buy it all at the price below 0.11. You will never see Byteball that cheap. Next airdrops bring 10 times less GB per BTC. And GB per GB are only 2 times less. And if Tonych indeed has some plans about integrating Byteball into shops, we can go to the moon.

agree, i see no sense in selling now, the airdrop is being throttled massively, this is the last great drop so in the coming weeks/months it'll seem like a golden giveaway and the best chance you ever had to get a significant amount for free. Add to that the compound of a few more airdrops bringing in more coins for holding than having btc and i'd say you'll get a much better deal if you want to sell by holding everything now until the drops finish

at these prices i'm definitely keeping hold of my GB, with the new distro rules coming up it's a no brainer. This is the first coin apart from Bitcoin I've genuinely been impressed with.

if future distributions will see btc holders lose 90% of their allocation compared to previous drops i might actually hold my GB this time as it means a lot less instant dumps for the next phases. I'm guessing the 1gb for every 10gb for holders is on top of the 20% bonus?

Why does this cost $500?

Where are all the dumpers, why is it not $1?

Are you all pulling legs?

because no real coin traded yet... slow network
Adding to that, Coinbase refuses to support Bitcoin Cash. Everyone knows coinbase holds the majority of bitcoin that circulates the market. So those who got bitcoin there can't get there Bitcoin Cash. And most of the exchanges right now do not accept deposit of Bitcoin Cash. So only a few coins are circulating right now.

this is the really weird thing about these clone coins, they get their market cap based off 21m coins when the supply is really tiny. If i forked off Bitcoin Cash and forked again and again I'd have a coin that would have a 21m supply and probably only about 1000 coins actually active.

Re: Scam Report Against CryptoXchange $100k USD
by
Gatekeeper
on 26/07/2017, 20:16:39 UTC
This is a scam report against CryptoXchange, who has stolen $100,000 USD+ from me and refuses to return it. He told me he had sent the money to me months ago, but that was a lie. To this day I have not received it. Worse yet, he refuses to refund me the BTC I paid to him and refuses to reply on his chats. I am treating this like a legal case and though it is not my responsibility I have taken on the burden of proof in this case against Crypto. I have detailed, highlighted and explained logs ranging from January this year to June of this year in which you will read about how he's scammed and run off with my money. I am asking for a commercial settlement with Crypto, but until then I will continue to make sure everyone knows of the scam he is capable of. His partner in crim currently is Mahin. I hope you all read my story and empathize with it. I would hate to see this happen to another member.ying that his "banking guys" would deal with this and that. Secondly: He kept asking for me to "trust him" that he had "reputation to keep". I should have seen the red flags...

mt gox thief crying that he got scammed, gotta love Bitcoin, you couldn't make a better story up than what's gone on in Bitcoins short life.
Stealing coins from gox and depositing them back onto gox wasn't the smartest of moves although it is quite funny that you used gox to launder their own hack, but ultimately it's what led to your downfall.

ohhh soooo, the last airdrop was only about BTX holder, not BTC like the last time ?
So if my 6.5 BTX was on cryptopia, cryptopia got my coins ?!?!

No, because with 6.5 BTX you are not in the top 1000 so you would have not got anything. Only the top 1000 rich addresses get coins now.

where can you check the top 1000 addresses, I thought it was btc addresses, didn't realise it was top 1000 BTX addresses.

in a few days the bot said

Ok, why are some able to get in on this and some have to wait a few days?? sounds sketchy..

First gb are given for linked btc and later for having gb in wallet.
Blackbytes are always distributed later.
Whats sounds sketchy? FREE MONEY?

Many screamers like yourself trying to make this looks shady because they didnt follow correct procedure on time.

Bot is swithced off during airdrop. after few days will be back up.

I didn't say shady, I am more wondering if because I was getting this error before the snapshot, and still after the snapshot am I now unable to participate in receiving the Airdrop. I have a significant amount of BTC which has been in the same address for months, so I would like to participate. But when I try to link my BTC address to my BYTE address I get this error. If all I need to do is wait a few days, that is fine..

airdrop is finished so you wont get anything, you'll need to wait until the next airdrop next month

Bittrex Byteball wallet is offline for "routine maintenance", if it's still like that after the air drop then it's impossible to deposit to Bittrex and nobody can sell their coins. Interesting timing for "routine maintenance" to say the least, a day before the air drop.

BTC is not sold to anyone, it's only linked.
If you can prove you own a certain BTC address, then the coins in that address can be linked.
that's all, the BTC stay where they are, nobody takes them. The owners keep their BTC and also get free GByte.

You can buy GByte for BTC in exchanges though, and get more GBytes than by just linking your BTC, but obviously you would not keep your BTC that way.

you completely misunderstood my point but thanks anyway. You can buy and sell GB through the chatbot. It's actually a fantastic idea, it completely cuts out the need for exchanges. The chat bot has a built in order book. I've looked into it more but there's very little liquidity so,for now, exchanges still need to be used but it'd be fantastic to see people grow the chatbot order book rather than trade on exchanges.

It's actually an amazing idea, if all coins had their own built in order book you could create a sort of decentralized all seeing eye bot that could connect with all the individual coin bots and create a way to trade any coin at any time without ever needing an exchange.

Byteball should really push the built in order book, maybe offer a small incentive or something to stop people using exchanges.
