Why do you need a loan to pay for another loan? Just pay it and apologize to your BTCJam investors.
You see, I have some financial problems, that's why I need to refinance the loans.
We don't care about your financial problems - we only care that we will get paid back (made whole).
For that you need to provide proper collateral. The junk you posted is not proper collateral.

So I can transfer my domains to other namecheap account. It's not a problem for me. Or I can simply provide login/pass from my namecheap account.
