Hello @everyone,
A new mandatory wallet update has been released (16.5), so you will need to update your wallet/masternode as soon as possible. Older versions of the wallet will not work once we activate the "I told you you should have updated" spork, and your masternode will stop paying out unless you updated.
This new version will Eventually allow you to run multiple masternodes on the same IP, as long as they have a different port. Since most people use one of 3 or 4 big vps providers anyway, we think the effect on the network will be minimal. We do ask that you try and limit it to 10-20 masternodes per IP, if you can. This will reduce costs massively for anyone who wants to run a Zixx node.
Once all of the exchanges and enough of the network has updated to the new version we will activate the spork which removes old wallets/nodes from the network. Expect deposits and withdrawals to be frozen when we get to this stage.
Once we are happy that everything is running fine, then we will activate the "Any port MN" spork, which will allow you to host multiple masternodes on the same IP. MN's set up on the non default port will earn rewards before this stage, so wait until then to set them up.
We're still working away on the MVP, unfortunately its taking a lot longer than we had originally planned, but we'll get there, eventually. Massive thanks to everyone who has stuck with us this far, we really appreciate your continued support!
Remember, if you run a mining pool, its especially important that you update as soon as possible.

The first part of the Zixx web platform is a multi coin, cross platform shared masternode system.
When a coin signs up for a partnership with us, they will be able to add a discord bot that works like the one we have on our discord, which will allow their discord users to buy seats in their coin as well as any other partnered masternode coin, with all fees paid in Zixx.
More bots will follow, starting with telegram, and later expanding to any platform that allows bots, Facebook, reddit etc. A user will be able to access their account from any platform. So you could buy seats on discord, and check your balance on telegram.
This platform will also allow multi coin, cross platform tipping and betting, as well as a range of utility features. The web platform will be expanded to include a masternode ranking system, news hub, and a bunch of utility programs to monitor and help keep your nodes running, if you prefer to run them yourself.
Applications are now open for the upcoming Zixx platform!

Soon they will! We will be launching our multi-coin, multi-platform shared masternode service this quarter.
We already have some coins signed up to partner with us, they will be able to use the shared node bot on their own discord /telegram servers. We plan to add a Huge amount of masternode coins to the service, so watch this space.

yesterday every open wallet is always missing, it turns out zixx-qt.exe directly erased by anti-virus, so now I do not use anti-virus, new wallet can be open, is there a case like me ..?
Most crypto wallets show a false positive on most antivirus programs. "Bitcoin miner" is a common reason. You can whitelist the program or the folder that the program is in.

Any sign of the charity funding forming? And is there contacts to reputable foundation like red cross for e.g? Or is it specifically focused on something else?

We plan to form the foundation in Q4 of this year. Once that is set up we will start to fund the projects which have been green lit by the community.

I think the first masternodecoin with charity fund. I haven't heard about any other. Just found this project and try to gather some information. Lately, all cryptocurrencies struggling but masternodecoins the most I think. There is too many of them with the same functions. Charity is a good idea and worth to look at closely.
Its something that I hope more and more coins will adopt. There is plenty of room for charity in the crypto word. I suspect our multi-coin, multi-platform, automated, shared masternode bots will be a first also, at least I don't know of anyone else doing it. Plenty of other exciting things on the road map if you want to have a look
I read in the white paper about standardization and more importantly about certification of layer for unique assets. Can u give me more details on that?

Good question!
The Charity fund of masternodes will continue to grow until the charity foundation is formed and Charity governance kicks in in Q4. Then anyone in the community can submit a charity proposal. This proposal will then be voted on by the masternodes, and successful proposals will then receive the funding.
There is a already a section in the discord group where you can submit a charity that is close to your heart, so that the community can get to see some of the projects that will eventually be funded by the foundation.

So Gerry, did the project come out ahead by buying the DOT in November, selling it in January and buying it again now?
Yup, we sure did.
Also - to answer your question in the Discord from yesterday, there aren't a lot of reliable and reasonably-priced VPS services in South America. There are a couple good providers in Panama, but technically that's still a part of North America. I think your best bet is probably the host1plus server in Sao Paulo for a whopping $29/mo.
Yikes. Its almost worth it just to be closer to having a masternode on every continent. Does anyone know of any decent vps providers in Antarctica ?
