We are mining expanse getting up to 60mhs, It's the most profitable for now, Zec earnings are lower on 330Hs and the price of zec is volatile...

That is right. but with the Claymore miner, it is better to mine ZEC now.

Hmm, zec dropped 30% so it doesn't matter if you mine Eth/Exp/Zec right now, earning are similliar I think...

They are similar. But for 7990, it is still a bit more profitable to mine ZEC.

Now it's monero  Grin

Monero is very good coin to mine now.

Yes he should get at least 150H/s with ZEC.

Getting 20H/s on nicehashminer maybe it's not fully tested and config isn't set up properly but 150 is unreal (possible with some cracked bios or something maybe) (exp 47mhs with little overclock, after watercooling we can go for more overclock and maybe 50mhs+)

I found that mining EXP results in a faster speed however you usually make less with the coin so in the end it balances it out. Just a waste of electricity

Don't worry we have free limited electricity so that's not a problem  Grin

You should use the Claymore miner, it is quite fast in the old cards like the 7970, 7990 or 280x.

It is more profitable to mine the ZEC for those old cards. They are very slow in the mining of the Ethereum.

That is right. It is better to mine the ZCash now with the 7990 or old cards. They are more efficient there.

Good to have an updated optimal Bios setting for ZEC.  Wondering what's the best core/memory speed?

The best mining speed is about 50H/s for the 1050/500 MHa frequency. We need better memory timing strap.

i think of bitcoin as like the main cyrptocurrency, so if bitcoin goes down then i cant really trust cyrptocurrencies so i would definitely leave the digital currency world and stick to usd.

This what I am going to do too if bitcoin is going to fall then I won't shift to any other crypto currencies. And because we all know that bitcoin is the mother of all crypto's so if the mother falls down then as well as the other crypto's will fall down too. So I don't have choice but to go back to US dollars or my local currency.

If the bitcoin is falling down, its position will be replaced by the other more active developed coins such as Ethereum.

Maybe I'm going to fall to the bottom with it! I mean, what else to do? I could not be able to do a thing because my money just fell off the cliff!
I might as well wait for it to stand up again.

Buddy don't take these kind of thread as serious and bitcoin is world best money which is gonna reach more heights in future.
So I would be move to best value when you compare with the present value.

Maybe I like what he said in the last, he is going to wait for the rise of it. And that is really what we need to do even though we know that this ain't happening still we need to take the advantage of it, buy as many as you can at low price and don't get fall to the bottom. Because once you made that to yourself you are going to have hard time to stand up again.

It will take some time for the bitcoin to be recognised as the world's best money. But we have to develop it.

Re: [2016-09-15]Goldman Sachs Files Patent for Blockchain-based Forex Trading
by

"By using such a private blockchain, Goldman Sachs is looking to venture into the world of foreign exchange. Or that is what their patent filing seems to indicate, as they will use a distributed ledger to process financial transactions. These transactions are all related to foreign exchange transfers, as mentioned in claims number 5 on the form.

It makes a lot of sense to use blockchain technology for foreign exchange. Trading currencies in its current form are both slow and costly, with a lot of middlemen involved. By using distributed ledgers, those middlemen can be removed from the transaction, increasing its efficiency and lowering the costs.

At the same time, the patent filing also mentions how the blockchain remains a risk factor. With its unprecedented transparency, anyone can see forex trades taking place in real-time. This explains the decision to use a private blockchain, as only eligible parties will see specific details of a transaction.

Moreover, private blockchains are a lot easier to manage when it comes to regulation. Conducting KYC and AL procedures on an immutable record is very straightforward. Additionally, regulators would be given access to this ledger at any given time, removing any friction associated with the process.

The big question is whether or not patents have a rightful place in the blockchain world. It makes sense interested players do not want their competitors to find out how the new platform works. But that doesn’t mean no one should be able to use it unless it involves some secret proprietary Goldman Sachs technology."

i would just buy a lot of bitcoins then in order to make some decent profit in the future as it would surely bounce back up and make me money

That is right. I think the bitcoin price has reached the bottom now. It will rise a lot in the near future, it just rose 20 dollars in the last few days.

It depends! What do you mean by bottom, is it $1? Then I would love to switch to a different coin. The price of bitcoin is the most important factor to me.

However, if bitcoin goes down to $200, then I will still keep my faith on it and try to save more amount of bitcoins like I do today. So my decision will entire depends on the bottom pricing.

The $1 will not be the bottom. For the short term bottom, the price of the bitcoin is around $500. It might be higher than $600 in the next two months.

If Bitcoin Price will Go to Bottom I Do Only Two things I will Buy More Bitcoins and I Do Bitcoin trading with the Bitcoins Or I will Buy Other Crypto Currency To earn Money.....

I think the bitcoin price is at the bottom now. It is just around $550. It is a good price to buy some and hold.

depending on the situation at that time. my personal view is that i will buy more and more bitcoin at that time. because i am quite sure that the price will raise again in next few months after its down fall.

I will do the same. I will keep on buying and hold most of the coins. I might give some to my friends to promote it.

OP, in the XFX BIOS, how do you change the memory voltage?

Does the memory voltage change when the frequency change, like the VCore?

i change it by adding the vddc and mvddc offset in the rom, this because it's standard not there.

Same goes for Fiji, VDDC and MVDDC offset are not standard in the rom, i had to add those myself.

The voltage changes when the frequency changes yes. In other words, that voltage is reduced from every DPM state. Unlike changing every DPM state manually, the voltage controller does this automatically in my case Smiley

So the MVDDC changes when the memory frequency changes? If the frequency is reduced from 1500 MHz to 1000 MHz, how much voltage change?
