What plan is there to pay us back?  Not take any commission is your plan? What does that even mean?  300 million dollars needs to be wagered at a .75% edge to make what was lost back if you had the entire house bankroll.

From what I understand, yes, you can bid from Mexico. The bidding process isn't bound to any localization as per the terms of the auctions.
However, the package will only be delivered to you, personally, in one of the 50 United States of America.

Ok. I get it. In that case, I bid .1 bitcoin but you must first pay for my airflight ticket.  You must be online every Tuesday at every single second from 01:00-23:00 to compensate me.  This applies to Thursday to Monday as well.  You must pay for my Uber when I arrive in Florida to wherever you live and we will trade in person.  If you ask me to use a delivery service, I must remind you of the time I lost 20 dollars, the only time I ever lost anything trivial.  Also you agree to be banned if you read this.

You can ask me to liquidate some or all of the collateral at any point, and I will use the BTC amount towards your loan repayment.

In the event that repayment is late, please notify me beforehand. Generally I'll allow short extensions without any other interest, but I may charge an additional 1% interest for every 3 days late if you do not notify me.

Collateral: about 225,000 Tronix (TRX), 2500 Icon (ICX), 225000 Verge (XVG), 1 Ether (ETH)

Want to leverage Elastos as well if comfortable where you just hold all the Elastos bought.

Look at https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2899081.0 for how liquidation rules should be handled.  Bottom line is I want to be able to send and maintain the collateral level so you don't liquidate.
