Your preparation for 2020?
by
Ghenjer
on 19/12/2019, 17:23:03 UTC
summer will pass and 2020 will come soon.
while the market is still below and cryptoqurrency prices are cheap, then how do you prepare for the coming year?

I personally have added some bitcoin and altcoin.
I believe if half of the bitcoin is reduced, there is still hope for the crypto market, especially for the price of altcoin.
How about you?

Re: Stupid mistake newbies still do till date

I'm reminded of the past when I didn't really know about using my wallet and always lost a few dollars due to my own negligence in accessing the wallet (trapped on a pishing site) and keeping it in an unsafe place. from there I started to learn a lot about storing the best crypto assets in the form of a hard wallet like (trezor) and wouldn't do anything stupid like telling people about my wallet's private key.

you write that passing KYC at least reduces fraud. and if your data goes to the wrong place. it's dangerous, I generally against to provide their data, remain incognito

yes I agree with you, but not with projects that I think are bad. like the example of the project I'm promoting right now, I think this project has a good concept and a positive team reputation. I am sure they are a responsible team. so I do not mind if the project that I promote requires to do the kyc system.

Re: Before I Invest With Cryptoqurrency?

I think you have some good points, especially with points 4 & 5, I personally also do not want to take a lot of risks let alone invest with bad coins or difficult to develop, you will not get a profit there. it's better to invest safely in the top 10 in CMC and be able to estimate the risks we can bear.

Re: how do you identify a transparent project team?
by
Ghenjer
on 15/10/2019, 16:17:18 UTC
in fact there is no perfect way to identify reliable and real team projects, because most fraudsters have ways that others might not know like they originally wanted to cheat on the market. it's just that we can still avoid a bad project if we find something suspicious about Whitepapper, Team Background, or the poor work of the developer.

I agree with all of your points and all of them are spot on, for example like with regulation unable to eliminate the scammers completely, relying on regulation to solve this issue is delusional. There is no way we could fix this and the only way to reduce it is by doing research about everything we want to do.
and I experienced it by myself about number 4, I involved with a project that has its own product and can be considered as a quality product because they got a prize in some event before. But the project they started out did not work well, they are only focusing on what they are doing and do not really care about the investor and their community. Causing the community to panic and feel helpless, crypto is in a bad shape right now.
not only because of scammers but the project itself makes crypto looks so terribly bad.
Yes, other problems besides scamers can also be caused by project developers themselves, such as developers who are inexperienced or have no expertise in this field mismanaging projects or percentages between product marketing and how to attract market investment. especially new projects managed by the company itself.

Re: Are ICOs dead?
by
Ghenjer
on 14/10/2019, 07:20:03 UTC
now the ICO's reputation has collapsed, although there are still many ICO projects launched in this forum but not so by investors, now investors are afraid to invest in ICO projects for several reasons including being vulnerable to fraud. now investors are smarter and prefer to invest in safe and profitable IEO projects.

sounds interesting, your project team will soon release a cloud-based solar mining contract in the next few weeks, but I personally don't trust your project anymore because I used to participate in social media campaigns in your project and until now haven't received the slightest reward.

Re: short term or long term investing
by
Ghenjer
on 14/10/2019, 07:11:41 UTC
The first depends on your own choice, if you want to invest in the long run, of course you should be able to be patient waiting for the price of coins for a long time or at least until the price actually increases. different from the short term you can easily get short profits but very high risk.

by

if the opportunity came to me of course I would not waste this mature opportunity to sell my portfolio at a profit of 500%. I can't imagine how many times the return or profit I will receive from crypto investment.

Re: How does a perfect Bounty Campaign looks like?
by
Ghenjer
on 13/10/2019, 13:16:56 UTC
maybe a perfect bounty campaign such as having a mature concept, the team & developer have a good reputation in managing previous projects, and also real project products as well as many investors or participants involved in it. Well maybe more or less like that, but unfortunately I do not see the reality of the perfect bounty campaign.

Re: Why are investors still complaining?
by
Ghenjer
on 03/10/2019, 06:40:13 UTC
maybe they misplaced their money on an IEO project listed on a small exchange. I see a lot of people get benefits like investing in IEO projects in Binance. and the most important thing is before investing in any project make sure you are responsible and ready to accept all the consequences.

Re: What if Ethereum replaces Bitcoin someday?
by
Ghenjer
on 03/10/2019, 06:33:57 UTC
bitcoin and ethereum are different from each other, bitcoin is a profitable investment in the last decade and ethereum is altcoin which has a smart platform with several projects in this market, so i don't think ethereum can replace bitcoin, bitcoin will remain the top in the crypto market.

honestly i'm not sure what the OP said, like "sell a house to buy altcoin" if so, try to attach proof of your transaction in converting your money into crypto.
I hope someone never does this stupid thing by selling a house just for an altcoin investment. Grin

yes our patience is all being tested here including altcoin holders, altcoin has recently lost its value simultaneously and all I can do is stick with the same options even though it is very risky to hold several altcoins for investment. but we are sure all will be beautiful in time

actually it doesn't only happen to ethereum but some other altcoins also go down together. I don't know what's going on with the crypto market lately, but I think ETH still has a chance to pump $ 200 before the end of this year.

Re: How i keep my private keys safe without hardware wallet
by
Ghenjer
on 30/09/2019, 08:41:04 UTC
the way I store private keys
1. I use a web wallet (Myetherwallet)
2. Bookmark the web wallet site to avoid phishing attacks
3. copy on white paper, PC, MOBILE and flashdisk
4. I will not tell anyone and only I personally know about this.
