Can anybody remember the backup pool details from a few months back so I can give that a go. I used to have it as my failover.

PM sent.

Confirmed stratum.btcguild.com and eu-stratum.btcguild.com are showing dead.  I'm on the backup address.

M

Many thanks. will add back in to failover.

Ended up deleting cgminer 3.7.2 and re installing from backup zip. All works again now. Very odd as has been rock solid for a very long time. 2hrs lost mining though  Embarrassed uncertain if support sorted it or I did  Huh

Unable to connect as of this morning  Cry Whats going on ? Have emailed support also and no reply. Been mining a long time. I only have 10ghs but it all adds up in the end. There was a windows defender update but should not effect this. Have been running stable months with cgminer 3.7.2

Any help welcome.

I am mining now at Deepbit for 2 days.
My shares are going up, as it should be.
But my balance hasn't changed in these 2 days.

Sounds like your using the proportional payout?

If that is so then you won't see a balance until a block is solved.  Deepbit hasn't solved a block going on three weeks now.

Hopefully soon. I think it worked out at around 25 days for an average of 1200Ghs so may be 30 days is realistic but luck !

Hi All,

Tried to post 360 secs. ago, but it doesn't appear.
So here my message again:

I am mining now at Deepbit for 2 days.
My shares are going up, as it should be.
But my balance hasn't changed in these 2 days.

How can that be?
I am mining with cg-miner, with command prompt.

I hope some can clarify this.
Greetings, Rik

Welcome to the pool. As said above, if your pps on your worker it will increase. If your not then you will need to await the block.

I have 0.00768433 BTC floating in an account I would like to extract as I do not think I will be able to effeciently mine the remaining 0.0025BTC.  I connected my new Jally to the pool for 48 hours last week and the amount in the account didn't change hence I am looking to get my account paid out and closed.

Can someone here assist in this enquiry?

Ensure your miner is pps and mine out the remaining amount.

Minimum payment is very clear on the site and always has been, aswell as pool hopping protection.

With huge transactions with the current value, you may have to wait a while for it to show.

A quick question. What does re setting all counters do the pool end ? It is obvious what it does on the counter but does it do anything else ? Also requesting a new API in advanced settings ? What does this really do ? I have done both and hope I have not lost the vast amount of shares submitted since last block.

How can I increase my share of work load ? I am currently running consistant at 4.5ghs out of a fraction over 9ghs. A few days back for just under an hour I had just under my maximum on this pool. What dictates work given by the pool to a user. Like many using cgminer (now on 3.8.2) I have to have 56 staged / queued work to maintain even this level. The default is 1 !

Any help gratefull and is a benifit to the pool as my hash rate would increase.

The highest single user I can see has a fraction over 22ghs, so why can I not get just a fraction over 9ghs of my hardware and just 4.5ghs ?

I did.  My smallest miner is 20ghz.  It is not recording any of the hashes.  I had it run for 15 minutes.  Is it cgminer compatible these days?

Join a team and leave it running a hour or so and then it will show because stats take an hour to show. Also using cgminer 3.8.1 with no issues but high staged work also.

Hope its of help.

I don't mind helping the pool to get it back up.  Are the stats on the site correct?   Did this really happen:
http://blockchain.info/block-index/439709/00000000000000046ecff1fada9be8c94eb6e040463686eb647700d56692de73

?

Why not point 5ghs of your power to the pool until stratum comes along or what ever load you can put on.

Unable to connect. Assume am getting filtered out or pools under load.
Is the website still visible to you or not ?

Yes. Has reconnected again  but only 2.8ghs at the moment. Would normally average 4.5ghs out of 9.

Look forward to Stratum sooner rather than later. I think you may see a surge in pool speed also  Smiley
