I doubt if anyone actually controls the crypto market since it is unregulated. But the big coin holders can influence it.

Re: Why people want ETH to over come BTC

Why some people want the Ethereum to over come Bitcoin in the near future? Is it because they make profit from ETH or what?
There is no need for such wishes. ETH cannot overcome BTC. I personally want Bitcoin to continue leading the market. It will be best that way. No need for creating unnecessary rivalry with it. ETH is fine in its current position or rating.

Hi. It's coinbase research, u can find it in google by yourself easily.

What do you think about that? In 5-7 years there will be a lot of people with education in crypto. Looks promising.
This is a very great news and makes the future of cryptocurrency more promising and exciting. I hope it will take place in all universities across the world.

The scams in airdrops are way too much. Sometimes I feel their is no need anymore for airdrops. The real ones are negligible. Others are a waste.

Re: I wish! I wish!! I wish!!! Stop always wishing You bought Bitcoin in 2009.
by

on 01/09/2018, 22:28:59 UTC
Wake up! Come to reality. This is 2018, yet you still wish you bought Bitcoin below $0.01 in 2009. The truth is that you will never be in the year 2009 again till you die, and Bitcoin will never be below $0.01 again. You just have to focus on today and the future. I am also sure even in future when Bitcoin would have reached a far more higher price hopefully, People will still wish they bought at least in 2018. So therefore, be grateful to whoever introduced you to Bitcoin today, and also accept that you joined cryptocurrency or Bitcoin at a time your creator wanted you to. Make the most of it now.
I wish I had done this or that is a daily thing people people always say when they believe they have missed an opportunity. Instead of continuous lamentations, it is best to focus on the present or the future.

Is it worth mining any more? if so - which is the most profitable coin?
Mining is not really a profitable business if you don't have enough money to purchase the expensive mining machines. If you decide to just use your phone or computer, you will be wasting your precious time.

We still have to just keep watching to see if this kind of scenario will play out in the future. I won't be surprised though if the banks decide to create their own coins.

Re: I have received some tokens. Should I sell or hold?
by
Glad108
on 24/08/2018, 11:50:21 UTC
I am a full time bounty hunter. But I am not good at making decisions. Because recently I have received some tokens from a bounty campaign. Now I am really confused about, should I sell the tokens or should I hold them for the price to be a rise?

Note: The token company is saying that the price will go higher. On the other hand, some experts are saying that the token is not good enough to go higher price. What should I do?
The company will never tell you that the price will go down. In such a situation, I suggest you sell half and keep the other half. In case the price eventually falls, you won't loose totally.

Re: Venezuela Wants to Launch a Central Bank for Cryptocurrencies
by

After the blockchain-based Crypto Petro Dollar, the Venezuelan government probably has a new idea to get foreign currency into the country. It wants to set up and build up a central bank for cryptocurrencies. Another crazy idea or does the idea have potential?

For more details read this article on CCN.
This is a very welcome development coming from the Venezuelan government. I really applaud them for having such great faith and confidence in cryptocurrency.

The thing is that most of us are just over secretive. If it was possible for us to keep our own secret from ourselves, maybe we would have. There are some people you just have to let into certain things in your life especially passwords. Bring up your child in a way he/she will be a to keep your passwords or private keys safe even in your absence. You MUST die one day.

Re: bitcoin and altcoin
by

in these days bitcoin had a strong rise, but the other coins seem to be standing at the stake, is there a reason?
do you think that the whole market can be resumed? or will most of the altcoins fail in these months? sorry for my english=)

Bitcoin has always have a faster growth pace than the altcoins. This is due to the high popularity of Bitcoin as most people have the believe that the crypto market is made up of simply Bitcoin and others. That is why the other coins are usually very slow. Bitcoin attracts most of the investments in the market.

Re: WE MUST BELIEAVE IN CRYPTO MARKET!
by
Glad108
on 18/08/2018, 07:12:52 UTC
There are so many people lost the trust about bitcoin when the market goes down! They lose patience and sell all the coin they are holding. But in some way the market is always recovering, even if the BTC is lower than 6k.So I think we should be calm and believe in crypto market and GOD will  bless us . Good luck for all of us!

We need to still all believe in the crypto market despite the current poor state. Everything will be fine again and things will return to their normal state.

This same sound warning has been given to people over and over again. Learn to invest only an amount you can let go in cryptocurrency so that you don't put up unnecessary cry or complain if the market turns negative.

I still believe that it may be difficult for governments to completely ban Bitcoin. Most of them also have Bitcoin. The best they can do will be to limit its use in certain services.

It is almost impossible to imagine the existence of crypto market without Bitcoin. Bitcoin was the first and has continued to maintain its far dominance over the market. Without it, everything may very well collapse.

Do not Choose The Wrong Exchange
Just as the amount of altcoins entering the market grows exponentially, the number of cryptocurrency exchanges you can trade in this currency also increases.

The problem is that not every new exchange is created equal; new and untested exchanges can turn into nightmares if they do not honor the withdrawal or become inaccessible at the wrong time.

Begin your crypto trading career with a long and respected exchange, which supports a large number of established digital currencies. Although you seem to miss the opportunity by doing this, keep in mind that the ability to recover cryptocurrency from unknown, unreliable companies can be impossible.
This is a very valuable tip. Most people lost their investment recently through the fraudulent OctaEx exchange platform which just shut down. I am sure there are still some fraudulent exchanges out there just bidding their time. I advice people to be very careful with the new exchanges.

Re: EVERY TIME IS RIGHT TO BUY AND SELL
by
Glad108
on 24/07/2018, 17:15:44 UTC
There is no reason people should always complain about the price of Bitcoin or cryptos when ever they want to purchase. Just buy, send to an exchange and start trading it with other pairs to increase the quantity.
