I'm not so sure about these Cryptonote coins. Bitcoin can be made pretty anonymous if need be., These serve a very small niche market but I don't see any of them gaining widespread acceptance.

You know a coin has gained a pretty good acceptance and threatens others when the "Unveiling the truth behind the ____ scam" thread appears.

Holy smokes, the client looks awesome! I can't believe all the features this beast is going to have!
eMunie looks like it could make some waves.... I will be watching this closely that's for sure.
get out , people dont fall for this crap anymore , scammers like you are pathetically trying to be are the main reason alts are dieing right now
+1, this forum has become a sewer of scammers. Best bet is to avoid any IPO period. Even Etherium put in their terms and conditions that even if they don't launch, they IPO money is non-refundable.
If you must speculate on alts, at least wait until the dev has proven himself and there is a working wallet and the coin is trading on an exchange. If not you are just begging to get ripped off.

Re: [OFFICIAL]Bitfinex.com first Bitcoin P2P lending platform for leverage trading
What's the risk level when lending through BitVC compared Bitfinex? (i.e. how safe is your money?)
That is definitely something to take into consideration. At this point I feel that Bitfinex is more trustworthy. I'm hoping the returns are at least close.

I had no idea that Qora had a marketplace coming out. Thanks for pointing that out, I'll have to give Qora another look.

LOL, I don't believe there has ever been a coin on this forum that didn't have it's own "it's a scam" thread.

Re: Ripple, is the only "altcoin" out of the top 5 to hold its marketcap
Well, got $63 back but that's only because the seller didn't write shit in the claim. If he did idk if I'd get it back. Moral of the story: Don't buy bitcoins on fucking Ebay.
It's a good idea to avoid Ebay and Paypal all together - nothing but problems.

What sort of return can you expect if you lend your coins to margin traders on Bitfinex? I heard Huobi's BitVC offers 0.2-0.3% per day so just trying to find the best option out there.
Also, can you chose whether you want to lend in fiat or btc?
Thanks!

Look for signature campaigns you can join, maybe some altcoin faucets, and sign up for any free altcoin giveaways that you can find (take a look at Stellar for example, they were giving out $50 worth of stellars when they first launched).
