It's better to launch a bounty campaign to get the word out of in the world, it's better to bite what you can chew, it's hard to have a comparison this early build a community, and while members are claiming the token it's a good move that you get it on at least one decentralized exchange and add liquidity, but implement restrictions and rules to avoid abuse of claims by members.

So far I've seen that it's still in beta, but I can't find where is the example of video that we will watch. And is there a filter for age, maybe? for the convenience of watching videos. Currently they seems do a campaign by making livestream game that they do on Twitch but lack of watcher, players are told to complete A series of codes, then get prizes. I see it continues continuously for almost 2 weeks. I'm afraid there is no development progress.

Before reaching the final goal, a few system need to be perfect going in.

Just because you have "Tube" in your name, your project is doomed to be on the last pages of search engine. First of all no one will find that you exist, because searching for you, users will most probably find YouTube pages. As the name of your project sound similar to YouTube, people will always confuse you with it (you will be giving YouTube a free promotion all the time) or will think that you are a scam. Second - how you gonna promote your project? Do you have a budget to compete with YouTube? Third, how will I earn from watching 1 video? Do you pay per video view or per minute of watching? And I cant imagine where you will get money from for that.

If the viewers get paid, and the content creator get paid ("up to 6 times more"), where does the money come from? I assume when you say viewers get paid to watch, they're watching videos made by content creator and not watching ads, right?

GoldTube content creator can earn up to 6x more in Revenue Per Mille (RPM: Revenue per 1000 views)
Background:
The actual rates an advertiser pays on YouTube varies, usually between $0.10 to $0.30 per view, but averages out at $0.18 per view.
On Average the YouTube channel can receive $18 per 1,000 ad views.
Meaning, on average only 180 people out of 1000 people watched the ad in order for the content creator to receive ad payout.
With GoldTube:

It would be nice if you could write down how many tokens can be earned on average for watching a video,I think that would encourage people to sign up on the platform.Unfortunately, I did not find any information on the website, not in a technical document.
Most of our activity would be on Twitch streaming with daily word guess game.
