since yesterday I am unable to transfer my ECC from wallet to Exchange..... and the LYNX wallet did some wierd transctions on its own too...
I thought of downloading any NEW wallet from website but the website is down....
whats HAPPENING ECC team ? this is a bull market, you should get your act together.... we all here wish ECC more luck but with so many issues lately it is heart breaking........

it is very strange; other day I was on CoinMarketcap.com and it was showing that once upon a time, this coin was worth USD 1 also.....

I think if the G8 countries decide to kill bitcoin they will... then a Bitcoin might be for 0.000001 USD.... the real hardcore bitcoin fans will still play with it (just like Elvis hardcore fans who are still alive) but the world will be done with it....

1. Quickly do a +30 post on Bitcoin talk today only. You have to wait 6 mins between posts. just do it and get a upgrade to Jr. Member I guess.
Once a Jr. Member,

Fud or FoMO.... difficult to tell; only time can tell. If the $Onion Team is a genuine team which i think it is as they are doing a great job and I see another Bitcoin in making....
Steps and path taken are very awesome and time tested. I have to agree with the @MadMac here that why would the people not sell once the AirDrop is completed..... and it makes complete sense as Airdrops are not equally distributed... Investors holding hundred thousands of them get the most....
This week, the Top Coin holder of 333,000+ coins got around 12K coins. that is worth USD 24K. 2nd one got around 6.5K coins.
so it make sense that these heavy baggers will dump their coins they are holding in hundred of thousands... and cash out and move on.
But isn't the Crypto World like this.... it is part and parcel of Crypto. Many are not attached emotionally to the coin and will dump and thousands of them will hold.
so 5 weeks from now (when the last Airdrop happens) we will know the truth that the heavy baggers are dumping or holding on to it and waiting for the price to go to Jan level high.
BUT $Onion TEAM is no ordinary team. They are group of rich investors who have replicated a time tested path that made Bitcoin great. why are we forgetting this....

the more days the bitcoin price slumps down, how do you think, whether the price will stabilize or it will keep falling down ,, seems like I'm getting scared 
I think $7.8K is a very attractive price... Buyers will certainly come in and drive the prices higher. according to a (not so popular survey) on ccn.com, the prices will tripple this year for the top 10 coins....
so with this we will see the ALT also rising....

Mining at the moment is not profitable..... some new hardware coming like

but right now since BTC is going down and taking everything down with it.,,, it is best to stay on sideline and buy dips only and sell for small small profit... not day trading but weekly trading....
I haven't seen anybody post about what would be my biggest worry if I were trying out alternative block chains. I realize this may be perceived as "Gavin is FUD'ding anything that isn't bitcoin!" (FUD == Fear, Uncertainty and Doubt) But I think some of you might be forgetting some basic computer security fundamentals in the excitement to be early adopters.
When I first heard about bitcoin, my questions were:
1) Can it possibly work (do the ideas for how it works make sense)?
2) Is it a scam?
3) If it is not a scam, could it open my computer up to viruses/trojans if I run it?
I answered those questions by:
1) Reading and understanding Satoshi's whitepaper. Then thinking about it for a day or two and reading it again.
2) Finding out everything I could about the project. I read every forum thread here (there were probably under a hundred threads back then) and read Satoshi's initial postings on the crypto mailing list.
3) Downloaded and skimmed the source code to see if it looked vulnerable to buffer overflow or other remotely exploitable attacks.
If I were going to experiment with an alternative block-chain, I'd go through the same process again. But I'm an old conservative fuddy-duddy.
If you want to take a risk on a brand-new alternative block-chain, I'd strongly suggest that you:
1) Run the software in a virtual machine or on a machine that doesn't contain anything valuable.
2) Don't invest more money or time than you can afford to lose.
3) Use a different passphrase at every exchange site.

is this a dead project?
I'm not saying that the project is dead. I personally participated in their airdrops. I can say that they transferred the tokens to the wallet quickly. I do not think they have sold them for a long time. A coin I trade on stock exchanges, then the project is live.
Dix Asset is still alive, but if you participated in airdrops, then it was not with Dix Asset. An ICO was started that elected to use the same name. This is the misinformation and confusion we are seeing. The coin traded on stock.exchange is Dix Asset, the token offered in airdrop is Dix Technologies.

I normally am just a reader of the Bitcoin Forum, but I needed to put this out there for my other DIX investors.
What's with the bait DixTechnologies?
You have nothing to do with DIX coin, so why did you post in this ANN? I've read what you have to offer, and there is nothing to offer the investors of DIX. Obviously you are hoping to bait some investors into believing you are some type of resolution to what we've already been thru with the original developing team of DIX. It's also pretty clear your intentions since you tell everyone to read YOUR ANN thoroughly.
I know I'm not the only one who has invested into DIX coin and are HODLing until something can come about. To my fellow HODLers, don't get sucked into what DixTechnologies is doing here.
To me, it would have been more tasteful for you to just have started your own ANN, rather than try and seize an opportunity to piggy back off of us. All you have done is added confusion to an already confused community.
Please do not post in here again. Doing so shows your professionalism, and I'll be sure to spread that thru the community of the other coins I share investments in to let them know what kind of tactics you play in order to push your product and gain investors.
Well said! I agree with you EvoAlmighty. I do recall at one point DixT tried announcing the take over of the community with the intent to help the existing investors, however, it appears they have taken a different path. That said, DixT, you really do not have a place here as pointed out above.
To those who are invested in DIX Asset Coin, personally I would love to get a head count because I'm also a bit tired of seeing people come out of the wood work with no intention to help anyone but themselves myself. I'm also tired of the confusion on what is going on with the coin. Who here is still HODL?
