On 12/19/2017 I transferred 19.82 LTC from my Coin Base to my GDAX, Ok everything good and reflected in my GDAX account, Today 12/20/2017 When I log in into my Account
all my 19.82 LTC have vanished from GDAX!,
What's going on???
What I can do???
I wrote a Ticked but I haven't received any answer to my case ID
In my LTC ACCOUNT from GDAX shows this :
Available 0.00
Total 19.82
And I can see the Time/Amount (LTC)/Balance (LTC) transferred with the Transfer ID:
But Nothing about my LTC founds today in Gdax

@Egor_Kyrbangoleev: I'm Canadian, I never said I'm US citizens, I spend all Winter in FL, USA, and Support from the old "BTC-e" are aware of that, They have my information and I always Longed into my account from My  House in FL, USA. But I get paid in Canada where I have my Business

@Ty3eMyH: Thanks very much for your advice, I will take an action asap, What is funny is I received an email after creating a ticket where they say
 "To solve the problem you will have to pass verification, which will be available to customers in the near future"
Question_1: If I was verified before Do I have to be verified again, They have all my personal and business information before they did a Payment
Question_2: Does anyone here got access back to his old account on the new site with his found$, I have over 66 Eth when everything appends
Question_3: Is there any reason to delay the most Funded account, Because is very easy to restabilize an account with no founds, but what about the one with more than $30K $50K %100K?

 My attempts to log into my account are unsuccessful ( I'm using the same information I used last days of the old "BTC-e"  and now the only thing it changed is my  IP Address because The Hurricane IRMA in FL, USA
 I have Pictures and proof on the amount of money I had in my account and the last time I logged with my two-factor authenticator
Can you please let me log into my account?
