Why do you think that retailers will actually find your product interesting? Many restaurants are actually proud for their high services and your product simply eliminates such advantage.

Re: Best coin to invest aside from Bitcoin

I really want to invest in cryptocurrency, but i think btc price is so high for me. I want to invest in a coin that is stable but with a much lower price. I mean super low, so that i will profit in the years to come. Im new in learning crypto so i hope someone will give me an advice. Thanks a lot.
You're right, Bitcoin costs a whole fortune right now. ICO is the best way to invest, as every altcoin might become a second bitcoin in years.
I'd suggest to check this project - https://ico.reorder.world. They have a working project, fresh promising idea, reliable infrastructure, prospective team. In a few years most restaurants and cafes will be equipped with their terminals and thus raise the value of their coins and making profits for you.

Do you think ICO is the best way to invest in?
Yes, it is, but look for the ICO you can trust.
1. The project should have a growth potential which depends on the relevance of the idea.
2. It is crucial that the ICO has a working product.
Such as the reOrder ICO - https://ico.reorder.world. They already have a working product and as for the growth potential: the market of public catering will benefit from the automation, regardless whether it is growing or falling, which make this ICO very promising.

Re: How to deal with the big amount of possible upcoming scam ico's in future?
by
GoodLad
on 07/09/2017, 12:40:05 UTC
The number of scammers will grow. That's unavoidable. Especially now, when the countries start to ban ICOs.
To protect yourself you need to learn how to make really good researches on upcoming ICOs.
To protect the others - simply inform other investors (for example here on forum) if you have found that the ICO is going to be a scam. Make sure to provide some evidence of your research to make sure you don't call just every ICO a scam.

Re: The future of ICOs
by
GoodLad
on 07/09/2017, 11:46:42 UTC
Do you think that with the increasing legal restrictions in several countries like the U.S. China Hong Kong will just force diversion of that capital to ICOs in other countries? How would the governments track people's participation in ICOs when they shouldn't have access to their cryptocurrency wallets?

Yes, that's the problem. Government for obvious reasons want to centralise the market that is meant to be decentralised. Since they can't find a good way of doing it, they just start forbidding ICOs.
The bad thing about this is that the threat of an early ban of ICOs in the country causes scammers to work in two shifts as they have less and less time to gain money every day.

How much time do the cryptocurrencies require?
by
GoodLad
on 07/09/2017, 11:28:35 UTC
Once you decide to trade and/or invest into cryptocurrencies, how much time do you need to spend for that? Is it possible to combine trading and investing with your regular life or is it a full time job?
How much of your time do cryptocurrencies take?
Thank you in advance for your help Smiley

Re: Storing altcoins?
by
GoodLad
on 06/09/2017, 21:11:53 UTC
Where do you guys store ur altcoins. I have a list on Bittrex that i just want to keep longterm (smart move?):

Lisk
Omg
Zencash
Ubiq
Ark
Radium
Monaco
Monero
Siacoin
Gulden

Do i have to manually create a wallet for each of m?

It's not the best idea to store your coins in an exchange platform. Especially if you plan to store for a long time. You can never be sure that the exchange doesn't vanish tomorrow morning along with your coins. You could store them on a hardware wallet such as a TREZOR or Ledger, but still make a backup, or better a few ones on external disks.

The only thing that China has influenced is the number of new coins. Chinese can still trade cryptocurrencies. They just can't invent and issue their own currencies. This sort of simplifies the choice, huh? Smiley

Re: Is Ethereum a threat to BTC???
by
GoodLad
on 06/09/2017, 09:35:33 UTC
Potentially, every coin is the Bitcoin's competitor, but a threat? Very doubtful. Bitcoin has already proved itself as a safe and growing. Traders, especially beginning ones, try to lower their risks as much as possible and so choose Bitcoin.

If any currency will ever become a threat to Bitcoin, it won't happen in nearest terms.

waves have a tendency to be a future strong currency,  we are developing a social video network using waves tokens ( VTOS)

teaser

be ready in the coming month we are going to start the marketing campaign

regards.

edgardo aguirre

Thank you for the article. It's useful but not quite what I asked. I wonder how investors make their researches. How they can tell if the cryptocurrency will shoot and thus invest in it. For instance, how can you tell that Waves will be a strong currency?

by
GoodLad

How to understand what cryptocurrency is worth investing in? Do you make a research yourself or trust the opinion of resources with professional overviews?
If you do make a research yourself, what parameters do you check and how?

Re: What do you do to convert others into Crypto?

A live example is the best way to draw someone's attention. People are always looking for the easiest way to make money. If you show them the results and prove that it's possible and that it is sort of a way out, they may be interested.

You don't have to be a great orator. What do I do? I convince my friends, who are just amazing orators, how great it is, and they do the rest Smiley Seriously Smiley I've seen how my words have become a great speech and began to spread among my friends without my involvement Smiley If you can't convince everyone, try to find those, who can.

Re: Pre-ICO bonuses
by
GoodLad
on 05/09/2017, 10:22:09 UTC
Hi

In most of ICOs, investors can get some bonuses, if they invest sooner. In my opinion these bonuses not only don't cause the ICO to be successful, but also cause the ICO to fail. In some ICOs there is up to 100% bonus.

If I see that there are some people have gotten 100% bonus in pre-ICO, I don't invest in that ICO, Because they will dump their coins after crowdsale and cause the price to fall.
Do you agree with me? What are your opinions?
How did you make such conclusion? Experience or simple assumption? Don't think anything wrong. I am really interested Smiley

So the list is now DASH, BTC, ETH and XEM.

Also fiat currencies like EUR, GBP and many others.

Dude.. you are posting in this topic million times a day. Almost  all posts are related to bankera promotion.  Are you paid for that or you are doing this just for fun ?
They don't pay me anything. I am just a happy owner of their tokens. Smiley
So you really do suggest to purchase their coins? Smiley
