My miner 0.5.1 does not want to work. Has anyone encountered such a problem?

Oh this exchange is still down? I had some dust in there but I haven't been following the events recently, seems like they allowed some withdrawals, I thought they would have run away at this point, what are they even doing, I don't understand.

They ran away with the coins. Check blockchain explorer for your wallet's address (at least for BTC) and you will know.
I agree with you on that. My BTC wallet is empty. But there are coins on the LTC wallet.

We need a person, who has coins on the CM and who at least can consult the police of the country where CM has a hosting.

Well, according to a whois domainsearch, the domain coinsmarkets.com is registered through a company (www.anonymousspeech.com), which is providing anonymity for hosting and protecting the real identity of the owner of the website. They state on their website that they can "hide your private IP address or ISP info". I am not a pro in such things but this looks like an dead end.

And, in hindsight, we all should check the contact and hosting info of the next "small" exchange, we want to trade on and send our coins to.
In December 2017 I received a letter from the technical support of CM "Received: from mail.coinsmarkets.com (mail.coinsmarkets.com. [185.66.140.234]". This is their mail server and this IP belongs to Netherlands. I think, they are really in Netherlands. Now the rats begin to hide and register through Tokyo https://www.whois.com/whois/coinsmarkets.com
or IP coinsmarkets.com https://www.whois.com/whois/104.27.156.123

I do not understand one thing, if they stole our coins BTC and LTC, why did they resume the site?

If you have such confidence - why do not you write a statement to the police?

That is easy: I have luckily not left any money or coins on that rotten exchange. I am however interested in the way this issue is perceived and handled by those affected to be prepared if such a thing should ever happen to people i know or myself.

The police will not accept your written statement, because you did not suffer.

Well, is anyone persuing a legal way to get them? I mean in terms of arresting them or telling the police about them? Or are you all just sitting there and telling everyone about how they stole your money?! If you want it back, do something about it. This thread would be a good place to start organiszing, don't you think!
Crypto-currency transactions are not protected by law. You can not go to the police. I said earlier, as an option - to create a monetary fund and assign a reward for finding the founders of CM.

But if it is not protected by the law, what can you LEGALY do when you found the guys behind the scam? And remember the Mt.Gox thing a few years ago? Didn't Mark Karpeles get sued and the custerms of the exchange compensated for their losses?

Cryptocurrencies are an asset, even if they are mostly not recognised as legal tender.  Theft of an asset is still theft.

I must admit that I had been thinking about whether we could pursue them legally (assuming that they do indeed live in the Netherlands, so we at least have a jurisdiction to start in), but I don't know that we have a definite name and address to serve legal notice to (I'm assuming that is as important there as in most other jurisdictions).
Are you following the posts in this thread? The guys have already written that the previous address on which the domain was registered was false. Maybe rats from CM are in Zimbabwe and bought hosting in Holland. To bring people to justice - they must first be found!

Do you think stolen money is easier to take away from an unknown person or a famous person? How to do it - I do not want to speak at the forum.

I think that if within 1-2 months CM does not return BTC and LTC, we can try to open a fund and collect money - a reward for finding people from CM who like rats are hiding now. When the reward reaches 0.5-1 BTC, they will be found, and then we will decide.

Guys, did you look carefully when placed a order for 36mln  RVN?
1. A PUMP was indicated on the left glass. This was evident from the movement of the heavy order at 800 000RVN.
2. The DEV put a giant order in the right glass and stopped the PUMP. So many coins can only be a developer - it's obvious. He just showed who is the master of the house.
3. I think that if the DEV continues to manipulate such a heavy order - he will remain alone with his coin.

sorry for curve translator

Shiggidy  - Thanks for the effort to post the RVN info.

Welcome, I am going to try to summarize the whitepaper today and add it to the description of the announcement page.  I would like to give new readers a brief overlook of the whitepaper without having to read it (since we all know not everyone likes reading whitepapers and the thought of it can be daunting for most) Smiley

If someone would like to help me, feel free to try to summarize the whitepaper in a few sentences or a paragraph?  Maybe with a few simple examples and I think that would add a lot of value to the initial announcement.
First, you were asked to introduce yourself ...
Secondly, can you provide any evidence that you are a new official representative of the developer?
In the third - the story that you said smells like a lie.
In the fourth - everything that is happening now, looks extremely unprofessional. It's very similar to a kindergarten.

I do not like the coincidence - on the day of updating the roadmap the developer changes the official representative bitcointalk?

Sorry, again I am just a volunteer who likes Raven.  I am extremely active and an admin in the Discord server and you're more than welcome to join and ask around about me.  I have no ties to the development team.  I am not a developer or a an "official" representative of the team.  I posted this announcement because the Discord server that Kai had originally created lost the community's trust and therefore we needed a new announcement to direct people to the new server.

Since I was posting a new announcement, I decided to take it upon myself to update the information a bit.  I'm trying my best to do that.  I'm sorry if I don't have time to answer every posted question in bitcointalk.  It's just not going to be possible for the future. Feel free to come to the discord channel and ask the community your questions though someone will be around to help answer any concerns that you may have.

Whether you believe my story or not is up to you.  Again please come to the channel and ask around and I think you'll see that my story lines up perfectly.  As for being extremely unprofessional, I took it upon myself to create an announcement because the alternative would be not to have an announcement at all.  Please understand that if I had not done this, there would be no announcement of the changes and how would that look?

I'm trying to move the community forward and away from the mess that has happened over the last few days.  Just bare with me and give it some time.  Leave the past in the past and lets move forward.

Thanks,

Thank you for the clarification. It is a pity that the developer of such a strong coin did not instruct the representative of his team to conduct the topic.

Now the Dev is saying Crypto-Bridge is going to take 2-3 weeks to be listed even though the fee is paid. He keeps going around in circles and double talking this coin is most definitely a scam! Get out while you can! Angry
