Diese Wut riesige Mengen Geld veruntreut bekommen zu haben, wird nicht ruhen. Auch in 25 Jahren nicht.
Und da es sehr unwahrscheinlich ist, dass man in 25 Jahren nicht technisch in der Lage sein wird, herauszufinden, wo das Geld verblieben ist,  wird man es auch finden.
Und falls es noch irgendwie vorhanden ist, als Immobilie oder sonstwie, wird man es auch einfordern können.
Es sei denn das Geld ist in Lebensmittel aufgegessen worden oder man hätte es unter die Strassenkinder verteilt.
Es gibt also keinen Grund das Geld aufzugeben.

In their indictment, the government alleges that 1M of that went to Silk Road.  (I wasn't even selling BTC to Silk Road users, I was allegedly selling to a guy who in turn resold the coins to users on Silk Road for a markup )

That means over a 2 year span, 0.025% of transactions on BitInstant were for Silk Road.

BitInstant's total operating profit (before costs, expesnes, ect) on 1M USD is 1.5% = $15,000 total the company profited from these alleged crimes, over an 11 months period. Thats $1,363 per month.


I personally made no extra money from these alleged crimes.

In past 9 month i invest about 100000$ in crypto.
I bought GPUs and ASICs about 40,000$. in this time my devices worth less than 15000$. and after bitcoin crash i lost my incomes.
Preorder scrypt asics for 20000$ which i don't know that will deliver to me or just an scam.
And i tried trade the rest of my money in markets and i lost huge money.
In this time i have only 12btc and my rigs and a preorder device! my daily income from rigs is about 0.04 btc!!
Can someone give me rules and advice? i need my money back

In reality scammers are kind of a good thing. Don't get me wrong, it's completely deplorable and I don't condone it, but it's a bit like the jungle. Imagine a monkey population, they live in the threes, but occasionally they go down on the ground to find certain plants, in some areas, or based or certain sounds and smells, a predator can be spotted.

Some small apes are killed or eaten in the process, but the other wisen up and stay away from the predators, and learn how to protect themselves and not to take too big risks.

Or it could be like being a small fish, you hide under a stone, and you want to swim to a stone that looks attractive not too far away, and in the corner of your eye, you see a big fish - but you assume it won't harm you, so you take the chance and swim. You get eaten. Your brothers wait till they can't see any large fish, and swim safely over to the other big stone.
