It is quite frustrating now and converting your Bitcoin to Ethereum in this period of unprecedented market, I think banking your hopes on ethereum buy selling your bitcoin is a very big risk, considering the fact that ethereum is gradually slopping down the graphic curve daily.

The whitepaper is a written document by a company that categorically explains more about the bounty program, this whitepaper contains details as what the project is all about, the importance of the project to the world, the ICO, the distribution or allocation formula, the team, roadmap etc.

Therefore, it is salient for one to read the whitepaper in other to be acquainted with knowledge about the bounty program.

This is the obvious truth, whenever one has been able to have the prerequisite knowledge about the crypto market, he or she wouldn't find it difficult in accomplishing some certain task but whenever you are oblivion of the do's and dont's  about this online business, your account might likely be suspended or totally banned.

Therefore, it is salient  we are properly educated about the crypto market.

Yes, the market will definitely rise, but that can be done when bounty hunters or holders of coin are capable of maintaining patients by not selling their token at whatever price demand the comes their way.

One salient reason why the market is red is as a result of impatient, this is because some bounty hunters are too quick to sale there coin at a very cheap rate due to the fact that they actually didn't buy these coins with their money. Therefore they always sale their coin at whatever demand without necessarily considering the worth of the coin.

Economically speaking, when supply is higher than demand, their will certainly be over circulation of the coin and the market will definitely fall.

It is obvious overtime that some participants usually use multiple accounts in doing their bounty, this act of violating the bounty rules has caused a repetition of same content in various accounts and negates originality.

Therefore, in a bid to avoid this nonchalant attitude exhibited by participants, the Know Your Customer Policy (KYC) should be a necessity in other to track these defaulters.

This is the greatest threat imposed on our Banks by cryptocurrency, it is because cryptocurrency was mainly introduced to replace the financial traditional banking system that is characterized with series of difficulties.

Although, if measures are taken and the banks starts adopting cryptocurrency which is more like an incremental to what they're doing; they wouldn't disappear or go moribund.

The issue of security of our money is something we take very serious, although I am going to give a double barrel answer to this question and which is;

1. As one who is profit profit oriented,  I think the cryptosphere is a better place to keep your money due to its multiplying tendency to increase your savings as the price and market value of coin increases.

2. Although the slim risk is when you invest your money into cryptocurrency and the market value of that coin falls below the actual amount you used in purchasing that particular coin.

In a nutshell, our money is more safer in crypto than the Bank.

There are some reasons why some persons will not be paid during the distribution of coins, this could be evident due to the failure of the bounty hunter in adhering to the aformention  rules and regulations stipulated on the bounty page.
Firstly, When a particular bounty requires a proof of authentication and he fails to submit his name, and other required particulars on the bounty thread.

Secondly, when a bounty requires KYC and a bounty hunter fails to participate.

These are many but a few to mention.

Great news, amidst the series of cryptocurrencies, it is no longer a new thing that Ethereum has taken over the lead; this is evident with the calibrated technological build up of this alt coin like the smart contract that regulates all forms of transaction between the two parties in contract and ensures transparency, accountability and secured business terms, devoid of a third party or violation of business terms and agreement.

More so, ethereum operates with the application of some software application like the decentralised application (DApp) the regulates the communication channels between the two parties in contract and so many other functions but a few to mention.

It was really a confronting challenge, although with much lessons and experience accumulated over my first two months, as a Newbie bounty hunter, after I thought I was done with off-topic discussion, I wasn't too acquainted with the procedures involved in submitting any blog content via the Google submission form, it was until it was during the allocation of stakes that I was notified that I submitted a wrong article link.

This experience was devastating but I summoned courage to relate my difficulty with a friend who helped me with how to submit the right link and after words, I'm proud that I am now prolific in submitting correct links.

These are my experience as a newbie bounty hunter.

To make money from your campaign and nothing more, this is likened to the general axiom which States; **the Baker doesn't bake bread because the Masses are hungry neither do the butcher sales meat because of the Masses but there is always an ulterior motive***

In that regard, for me to participate in any bounty, I must first develop that profit oriented thought, this area of interested could be related to the worth of that particular bounty token to dollar, time duration of the bounty and that sense of making cash from it will now motivate me to participate effectively in the bounty, the information on the Ann thread, all these accumulated together can trigger me to participate in any bounty.

As a bounty hunter in the blockchain technology, I will advice you have to always follow-up recent trends in the crypto market, this can only be manifest when you always visit the bounty altcoin column to know the types of bounty, the date of the end of their ICO,  alongside the equivalent of the tokens to dollar, etc. This will equip you with the knowledge to know when bounty campaigns starts and the expected date when they'll end and the recent changes that will be made in the various bounty announcement thread via the bounty managers.

As a Newbie in the crypto business, I will advice that you learn how to exercise patients, more especially in this period when their is a deep slop in the market value of altcoins.
More so, I will equally advice Newbie who are in the promotion  of bounty campaign via the social media platform or blog writing to always read instruction as regards what to do or not. This carefulness in adhering to instructions will help them do their campaign without falling a victim of not being entitled to tokens during distribution period.

I strongly believe that one day, we will soon experience a rise in the value or growth of coins in the crypto market, this can be evident when coin holders are patient enough to hold on to their coins devoid of any form of curiosity or fear of a collapse in the business; whenever the number of buyers who  are willing to buy are more than the number of coin holders who are willing to sale, then can we experience a rise or growth in the market value of coins.

Actually, I was looking for a profitable business in other to invest in and smile as a big guy but in the process of doing the crypto business, I later found out that it's beyond just making money but it has a lot to offer in terms of equipping one with administrative and managerial skills in handling any kind of business.

The major area you're to pay cognizant to in other to understand that the market will no longer be friendly is a situation when holders of coins are too inquisitive or in a hurry to sale their coin.

When the number of persons who wants to sale their coin outweighs the number of buyers in the coin market cap, you will find out that the market value of coins will start diminishing. This is therefore a clear indication when the market is falling.

Absolutely yes, this is because democracy has to do with representation of a group of people which often times, leaders wouldn't be able to represent the true need's, interest or will of the people,

Whereas, decentralization in the blockchain technology, the act of standing as a middle man is totally abrogated. This is because the  blockchain;  stipulates a decentralized ledger that deals with the inflow and outflow of transactions, devoid intermediaries.

Therefore, this is the advantage of a decentralised system over democracy.
