Few of my colleagues told me they quit bounty because many new projects are finding it very difficult to reach soft cap and those who manages to reach softcap ends up listing on ridiculous exchanges because of listing fee, a part of me feels like they are right because if a new project fails to aim for top exchange its game over, the question now is why promoting new projects then?

Never join the exchange on yobit. You will regret that if your account encounters any problems, no one will resolve it for you. I've even been cheated by admin of yobit 0.1BTC for their signature campaign and some other services. there are just scams and no real projects. It's all fomo, it's HYIP. The Chinese government only supports blockchain technology and applauds it a lot but has never mentioned crypto!A few days later, the government voiced its support for Crypto because it was a scam business and money laundering. It's completely different and hopefully next time you will read more carefully.
