Dividends
EFFMining will be sharing 50% of the net profits earned through mining and trading with token holders. The amount of shared profit a token holder receives will increase as the operation expands. Token holders will be paid by the amount of EFFM-points they accumulate by holding their EFFM tokens in a private wallet. Mined coins will be distributed at the end of each month based on the number of EFFM-points accumulated in comparison to everyone else. The token holders who hold the longest will be rewarded most in the long run. As they accumulate more EFFM-points, they receive a larger share of the profits. Anyone who moves their tokens to an exchange wallet will lose all their EFFM-points and will not receive any share of the mining profits. You must keep and hold your EFFM tokens in a non-exchange/private wallet to keep your EFFM-points. Anyone who moves their tokens to another private wallet will have to fill out a form to keep their EFFMpoints. A transfer from a private to another private wallet can only be done once a year. Following set of rules will be applied to EFFM points accumulation procedure:
1) EFFM points are credited only for tokens held in private wallets;
2) For each EFFM Token that is held in the private wallet, holder
receives 10 EFFM points;
3) Points are credited every 10 days, starting from the date of the
initial snapshot;
4) Snapshots are performed every 10 days;
5) Dividends payout happen once in a month, based on the amount of
points accumulated for each of the snapshot;
6) Removing tokens from the private wallet will result in revocation
of all EFFM points earned by removed token amount;
7) Transfer from one private wallet to another can only be done once
a year.
