It doesn't need this course if he knows the basic things about Electronics and I think the other guide inside the course I think is how to flash the miner with SD card and how to upgrade the miner through web GUI.

He will need some repair kit for repairing like this image below.

For hardware related issues and SD card for software and fixture tool for diagnosing or finding the hashboard issue.

The tool to check chip problems is the same for s9/s17 and so on?

What you guys think about this

For a complete noob into electronics and so, this is a good course? theres a placa that i can found free material teaching how to reapair asics and psus?

You need more than courses.
You will need tools 🧰.
You will need meters.
You will need a work station 🚉
In a clean room.

A lot of repair is desoldering of asics then soldering them back correctly.

Do you have good eyesight?
It helps to be able to do good close up work.

I can have all of this, i have a good environment and a separated clean space in my farm, its just to know where to start and what to buy and so on

1 - 220v
2 - we strip the 16" wire, wrap the 15amp power cable to it, weld with tin put a ribbon and a high fusion tape. (all of my machines are running with this electrical setup for one year)
3 - we try to make the avalons work in another environment (my office inside the building, in a 20 amp power plug) and same problem
4 - did you attach the psu's correctly to the units? Yes I think, i saw some videos (including one of yours) and i think that is correct, i can put some pictures of it if it helps

I don't understand  your post.

Who used/tested the gear for a month?

A trusted friend.

I think it's a power or PSU problem, the miner log is showing an error on the PSU. I think it's "Primary Over Current" and your vo (voltage out) looks to be 2.

How are you plugging them in (your infrastructure)?

I have a trifasical transformer, then bifasical to 60amp circuit breakers with a 16mm each wire and i weld 7 15amp cables and the machines (I use 7 s9 or 4 t17 in this setup) .  I plugged then close to my s9s/t17s/T2T with 15 amp cables and tryed in my office inside the farm witch is another setup and the problem is the same.

I need some help

Contacted the support yet and they barely answer my questions

I have 4 1041 with separated psus, all of then was tested/used for a month before with no issues.

When they arrive a reseted to factory (1 min pressed the func button) and put my pool/user data and IP settings

They're not hashing, no one of the 4 machines (in the overview theres a message Hashboard: 0), i tested another fw, check the connections, change the pool and nothing. The worker appears on slushpool that means no network problem, but the hash is 0.

Below I put some screenshots with the problems, if someone have a tip or need more info i can provide. The support says that is a short circuit on the miner. I post some pics on imgur

Nope, a friend contact the support.

To restart to factory you have to power off, and power on with func pressed for 1 min. Then wait a couple seconds and power off/on and voilá.

The error you posted it's trying to upload the s9 firmware, use the t1 firmware instead.

LOL, im so dumb, thanks for the advice, now seems that it goes, is "Restarting" for a couple minutes.

    raise CalledProcessError(returncode, cmd, stdout, stderr)
subprocess.CalledProcessError: Command '/etc/init.d/bmminer.sh stop' returned non-zero exit status 127.

Then nothing happened and the fw keeps the same, someone can help me?

Im brazillian, and the energy cost and availability in a industral environment its low, unless you produce your own. The costs of solar arrays its so far expensive too, the import fees its 60%.

Actually I have a small farm on Paraguay, the energy cost could go as low as $0,039 but you have some limitations like 3mw per site, if you want some bigger farms you have to make a substation, then you gonna need some very political influence$$$. The import fees its very low.

Argentina as i heard have low cost when Cristina Kirchner was president, today the energy dont have more the subsidy, dont know the cost right now.

Venezuela... forget about it.

Hi there, you should post this in the Miner Support section so that you can get the help you need.

P.S. your kernel log looks alright other than some temperature issues, if you are having discarded shares its probably your pool and not your miner with issues.

When you create a new thread please post a miner status picture while its hashing

I try to post but btctalk dont let it.

Seems like a psu problem. I trade with another machine and its hashing. gonna test a couple hours.
