Well, I can tell you for a fact the dev team failed miserably in the distribution, letting people who signed up out and giving no support afterwards (yeah, after 24 hours no support to THEIR problems in the distribution). So it´s technical incompetence + bad faith.

Ok anyone had some experience with ordering from Spondoolies, I just ordered SP10 and on my account page it says payment status pending and I payed in full with Bitpay option?

don't worry, it's a busy factory at the moment, they shipping from stock now so your order will be (i can only presume) processing.
They answered my mail in like 4 minutes.

quality service  Smiley you gonna love that rig!
Almost 24 hours later the payment status is still pending I have no confirmation of any kind of payment except the address that was provided by Bitpay for payment???

Yet again people from Spondoolies were really, really fast (my wife doesn't reply that fast to me) on solving this and briniging my hopes, it will go smooth, up.

You are in for a treat. My experience with Spondoolies times and hosting services has been outstanding so far: fast responses, nice compromises when we had doubts or problems, friendly and professional support... finally a proper customer-focused company.

... There were other problems ...
We've shipped the machine instead of hosting it as requested.
Upon notifying, we've brought another machine online and configured it to the customer wallet.
We're selling ~3% less than our production capacity to allow for RMA, warranties calls, BD, etc.
We've used one of the spare machine to fulfill the hosting.
The solution wasn't on the expanse of any other customer shipping order.

Our hosting solution for April batch is "manual", we'll configure the machine to the customer wallet through Eligius to allow monitoring.

For May batch, we'll give the customers full access through HTTPS to their machines UI.

Zvisha, our SW director already gave a statement regarding burn-in tests. I want to iterate it here:
We're currently doing short burn-in tests on Flextronics factory for few minutes. We found that it's enough.
We want to ship the machines as fast as possible.

That pretty much summarizes it perfectly. He left out that I found the problem with shipping quite late (yesterday night) and they still replied, managed it and put the reserve SP10 to mine to our wallet. +1 to Spondoolies so far.

I can tell our SP10 order was fulfilled yesterday: quite on schedule. There were other problems but delays were not amongst them. We will see about SP30 but up until now these guys are doing a good job with deadlines.

That said, paid hosting will be available to all customers once the DC is ready

Regarding hosting:
You'll be able to order now and add the hosting option later.
The shipment cost will be credited towards the hosting.
Hosting will allow full control of your machine.
At any point, you may decide to terminate hosting and to ship the machine or just disconnect it.
If you'll decide to host, the burn-in tests will be to your wallet.

Only 6 bundles left for April + July
Go http://buyminer.io

Well you said that hosting was an option to April + July bundle and I made a buy based on that decision. I hope there are no problems getting the hosting for April SP10.

Also April + July had free shipping so there are no shipping cost that can be credited but I thought that you were not making more money from us if we decide to host instead of ship and so your post implied that we would get some free hosting as well.

~800$ in hosting services actually.

And yeah, can you at least give us an idea if the DC is scheduled to work for April SP10 batch?

News on Hosting?
Finalizing the legal and VAT issues.
Price for SP10 will be 250$ for month or 600$ for 3 months - VAT on us in both cases.
We'll offer two months of free hosting for May (SP10) + August (SP30) bundle. The Bundle will be available soon.

Is the two-month free hosting offer special to may/august bundle or for every sp10/sp30 bundle (I have ordered the april/july bundle)?

The previous power bundles enjoyed the benefit of early access to the first batches which are no longer available. To help our customers maintain their profit margins we will be offering the 2 months free hosting only for later bundles.

That said, paid hosting will be available to all customers once the DC is ready

Discounted price + 2 free hosting months... you are penalizing those who trusted you early making them have similar profits as later adopters? Understandable but quite dissapointing.

We are very excited to announce that the first units are going through the burn-in test and will be shipped out tomorrow.

The owners of these machines will be notified as soon as the units are out the door.

We realize this is one day later than the original announcement date but we believe our customers will be very happy with these machines.

What if they want hosting from you?

For bundles shipment is free. Do you plan to apply a discount for those?
