The MTGOX has scammed as and gave us false information just to take our deposits and BTC!
They assured us that they are going to start a exchange as usual but that was just their plan to take our money and to shut the mtgox exchange!
They should told us to STOP making deposits, allowed us to take our btc and money from mtgox and then to shutdown the mtgox exchange!
They instead lie to us!
They took our lifesaving money from us from our children and they vanished!
Mark Karpeles should be assassinated!

I have seen my money within 2 days at mtgox (from germany).
But I am angry about the lost money. I invested almost 40000 Eur. Man i am so stupid
mtgox will go bankrupt and I never see my money again.

I sent 15.000 to mtgox and bought BTC but the last deposit I sent of 5000 mtgox says it didn't arrive yet there even my bank trace it and says that it has arrived at mtgox account the same day I made the transaction as it was marked URGENT!I have seen my money within 2 days at mtgox (from germany).

Mtgox costumer service replied to my tickets and said they are working on it to locate my deposit but it passed almost 10 days now..!
I sent few deposits to mtgox and they passed well but the deposit I made on the 17.02.2014 by URGENT option amount 5.000E wasn't applied to my mtgox account even after 10 days almost!
I sent email to mgox and they replied they are looking for that deposit and they are going to applied it ASAP when located but even 5 days after that they didn't processed my Bank deposit to my mtgox account!
My bank has sent the trace and they confirmed that the money has arrived at mtgox account the same day I made the transaction on the 17.02.2014.
I sent few email to mtgox but they didn't responded yet!
I am very Upset! I missed to buy BTC at the price of 61Euro per BTC as the mtgox failed to fund my mtgox account!
Does anybody have same issues with the cash deposit to mtgox?

I sent email to mgox and they replied they are looking for that deposit and they are going to applied it ASAP when located but even 5 days after that they didn't processed my Bank deposit to my mtgox account!
