for advice investing into altcoin maybe the right time now is:
1. Ethereum
2. Storiqa
3. Litecoin
4. Universa
it is altcoin which I think is suitable to invest now

for my investment option is more advised in altcoin and my choice goes to universa (utnp), the altcoin is developing itself and the ever-updating developer team about the altcoin makes UTNP suitable for investment

my guess bitcoin or altcoin will still be like now until near the end of the new year is starting to develop because the position now is a lot of cases of occurrences conceded exchange system

I think ICO will continue to exist because the activity is to convey an innovation of someone who then wants to jointly build a better future and even if there is an abused ICO as well but it can not stop such a good activity
