Big question is how trading will be done with just .001 btc and earn profit from trade where trading fees and transfer fees combined are more than what is being earned or might be returned.

i think a couple of bitcoin exchanges had a demo account that you could use with something like 1000BTC in it to test things. go check out Kraken i think they had that.

but in my opinion you don't really need fake/demo account in crypto trading world. the minimum amount required to trade is very small. for example many sites have a minimum of 0.0001-0.0005BTC and that is less than a dollar.
things here are nothing like Forex or Stocks market. you can start with a tiny amount of money and learn things that way.
and remember with real money you gain real experience.

First of all I would like to say that you MUST gain enough knowledge to start trading.
To gain knowledge, you can watch yt videos, forums, blogs and also you can keep your eyes on chats of the trading platforms.

Only in chats, you will learn about the KINDs of traders we have in trading.

Traders write something like.... xxCoin to the moon, xxxCoin to the jupiter, WOW that coin is pumping "buy now" you will be rich, etc etc.
So basically a new trader will think, "yes" this & that coins price will increase soon. Lets buy it... But the real scenario is different..
The main thing is, you have to analyze every coin by yourself before investing.

So to start trading you can buy bitcoin using your own money
or you can earn bitcoin and then start trading.

There is lots of free ways to earn bitcoin.
Such as,
faucets (see micro earning section)
Sig. campaign (see service section)
Social campaign (see service section)
Other jobs according to your skills (see service section)

Patience needed both in trading and in free earning. So you MUST have it.

You are late!! Back when days of ICO, you could use via theviralexchange.com to accumulate. Now you have to buy 10k stratis put it on your wallet and start staking and may be earn .4 to .6 strats a day

You can buy STRATIS via various Cryptocurrency exchanges.
For example you can buy STRATIS via Bitcoin on https://poloniex.com/exchange#btc_strat.

I don't know if you can buy STRATIS directly via FIAT.
You can buy Bitcoin with fiat on various platforms like Coinbase, Kraken, btc-direct etc.

I don't know what the easiest place is to buy BTC from when you are living in India.
