Re: [ANN] MOBILEGO Crowdfund [$53 Million] - Decentralized Mobile Gaming Solutions

Devs, which market cap for mgo will be normal in your opinion?

As I remember I hear couple of time they are aiming to becaome 'multi billion' dollar company.

At this moment without an usable product (okay there is an mobile store in beta  Grin) there is no billion dollar company.
I remember the same of what you say but for so far it's waiting for launching products what is coming soon.

Also then it's still not an billion dollar company before people are going to use it and pay for things.

it can't be happen in one day or one year. if they want to build something big and sustainable it'll take time.

Yes to build a good product it takes time. Than attracting gamers takes also time. All what we need to have as investors is patience.

Next month we can see a new release (hope it will not be delayed). With the release the first fundamentals are settled and than it's waiting for all the other developments. In 1 year or maybe 2 i think about an billion dollar market.

The time for patience is ending!!

Other projects like unikoingold are developing way faster.
Ukg a few months on the market and already on bittrex, active community reddit etc. All mgo ico buyers left and they are only caring about new blood. Development is promised for 8 months and so far zero.

The longer they wait to deliver something usable the more others will take over.
The world of crypto and esports is evolving on a high speed. Mgo isn't fast enough

Just by comparing to unikoingold I can tell you don't understand. Go ahead and sell. I've been here since ico and added when it dumped. Weak hands are almost all gone.

You equate success with bittrex listing. Lol

I could not agree with you more. I finally had some time to look into mgo and GameCredits and I love the idea very much! I really don't think $1 Billion business though....

I think at least $2B Smiley And grow every year.
I do not have the money to invest, but with Game.GG, I very much want to be a part of that. If it be Moderator, Referee, technician, whatever is available. haha. I want to be a part of that.
I have some good ideas for helping to make this work!

Is Game.GG done through MGO or GC or both?
I am afraid for if I am the wrong thread!
And who cares what exchange it's on right now.... Have you seen some of the games they already have to offer??? and for like 4GC?
This whole program looks very very promising if done right. And watching the videos on the site, the developers could not be any better people!

Well would you look at that. I kind of want to let out an LOL.
I just took a look at the markets today (Jan 16th 2018) And I just happened to notice the whole market is down pretty large.

I just want to have a moment of silence, for every moron who tried to jump in on this market by investing more than they could afford.
As I said in the original post on this topic.

Quantum computing and the Security of your Crypto?!
by
HG_Lincs
on 16/01/2018, 02:00:45 UTC
Now. I am no quantum Physicist so a whole bunch of this stuff, I simply can not understand. But, things I can understand are things like
An answer output can change, just by the act of Looking at it. That's pretty mind blowing.

With Quantum computing only just over the horizon,  we are going to have to make ourselves aware of it and learn how we can work with/against it.
One problem posed by quantum computing, will be the safety of our Crypto Currency. With Quantum computing used along with Shor's Algorithm, the threat to our Crypto security is all too real.

Please familiarize yourself with this document.
I'm not going to sit here and explain it all, because quite frankly a lot of it is WAY over my head. But, there are definitely things that I can understand in here and I feel everyone should at least, dip their toes in the pond of this strange.
Please read, and maybe we can have some enlightened individuals share with us, what something like Shor's Algorithm means, for users in the Crypto Currency space.

Re: What would happen if the banks take control of Bitcoin?
by
HG_Lincs
on 15/01/2018, 07:39:03 UTC
How could bank or any other financial institution possibly control bitcoin? This makes no sense, as well as this question.
They can't control the system taht is independent and decentralized. Maybe you are mixiing that with the fact that some banks are expermenting with bitcoin and trying ti use it for their benefit. But this is not the same as controling it.

Exactly.
If anyone knows just the Slightest bit about Crypto Currency, they will realize that the WHOLE DESIGN is based off being decentralized.
Asking that question of "What if" isn't even a logical question.
There is NO "what if".
It won't happen. It can't happen. Like. The word "Impossible", does not even begin to describe it.

Re: Please?? I think I'm going to cry.....

The main reason this is the case is because there are no professional financial services providing investment options with cryptocurrency. Few people create their stock portfolio on their own, they leave it up to a mutual fund or an actively managed fund to do so. There is no option for this with crypto, so people have to build their own portfolios. What you get is the same as if they just blindly picked stocks. It's easy to do well when the market is bullish no matter what you pick, but once the weaker coins start losing their hype, I think we'll see quite a few big losses.

Ok, I see exactly what you guys mean about the Signature posters.. I guess it's time to start building my ignore list.....

But
Yeah I didn't even know there was such a thing. But again, it leads to my point where I was saying.
People are just making money off selling you a fake bill of goods. Don't take it for batem and do your research!

I had done my research and these guys were driving me bat shit crazy haha. But, now I know. Thank you guys (No, not you MadZ. No one needs a 3rd party to do anything for them in Crypto Currency. You didn't even read my post did you... lol)

Please?? I think I'm going to cry.....

The amount of nonsense and misinformation that is circulating around this thread is Astonishing!!
There are going to be a lot of sad broke people in just a few years.

:1 out of every 10 people here have done research on what Bitcoin is, and actually have an understanding of what Crypto Currency is as a whole.
:But, 10/10 people have an opinion to share on, why Bitcoin will be the best/worst or which Altcoin will be the best/worst. And the purpose for these currencies.

I've only been active on these forums for about 2 days now, but I've been spending the past few months learning in depth, every possible thing I can about the Crypto Currency Space.

In these 2 days of reading what people are posting (In this section alone) is causing me to lose tremendous respect and faith for Humanity.

I can really see Crypto Currency being the way of the world in the future. But, before it gets there. It's really going to take out a whollllle lot of you along the way. I can see so many of you are going to be in very very rough shape in just a few years.

95% of you, are not taking the fking time to do your own research. All you guys do is watch a couple Youtube videos on what coins you should invest in. Then you take that Idea and post it here, for a whole bunch of internet people to decide for you.
Or, You just skip the youtube part, and just ask everyone on here what you should do.
You guys will see something on the news saying "Bitcoin is Dieing! It's going down!" or some shit like that, you take it for the truth, you sell your shit off. Then a day later Bitcoin grows by 30%. You are the people who don't even know what the companies behind Altcoins are doing. But, will be the first to say "The price is too cheap, it's not worth investing in" or some stupid shit like that. Meanwhile, you have the next Google being developed and you have a chance to get in on it at an AMAZING PRICE. You will believe anything you see. But failing to realize, when people are saying "You need to buy this coin" or "Bitcoin is bad, don't do it" Those people are making money off selling you those ideas. You all think it's the truth because you seen someone post a youtube video on it. Or you seen it on the news. You are the ones who are going to be sitting on the sidelines picking your noses and scratching your heads wondering WTF?.

The 5% of us, who have an understanding of Crypto, who Have spent days and months, even years researching everything we can, questioning everything, taking part in these communities, we are going to be the ones waiting here to say "I fkn told you so..."

Stop treating Crypto as a trading Asset. That is not why we have it here. The whole idea of Crypto and Bitcoin is so far over so many of your heads, it's utterly frightening. When you go to coinmarketcap next time. Instead of looking at the price chart... Go to the Website link that is provided by coinmarketcap to read and LEARN about the damn thing, from the correct source. Not just, "CryptoJohnny on youtube listed these currencies as his top 5 to make you rich in 2018"
I love all of you and I hope everyone gets a chance to succeed with Crypto Currency. But quite frankly, I can see a lot of people, losing a lot of fucking money, because they're just too damn lazy or they have the Know-it-All complex. Stay sharp My friends. I wish everyone the best.
Cheers.

Re: Is there any altcoin that will beat Bitcoin in 5 years
by
HG_Lincs
on 15/01/2018, 05:15:11 UTC
I think ethereum will beat bitcoin in the future. Base on my research the value of  ethereum is increasing.

What the hell kind of answer is that?
0 Substance behind it at all.
It looks like your research came from just browsing around the bitcoin talk forums.
Unfortunately, there are a lot of idiots just like you who are going to lose a LOT of fkn money very soon.

I'll be over here ready to say I told you so.

Bitcoin Cash has 0 potential to be a TOP currency. Again. ALL IT IS is a currency. There is nothing behind it.
How can you possibly come up with the idea of it being the most valuable?
My 1 share in google, is worth more than your 1 ounce of gold.

Think about that statement for a little, and try to think why it would be true.

if for example there is a coin that can beat BTC maybe it is ETH, why? because ETH always follows the bitcoin increment even when bitcoin down ETH still persists
I think ETH will replace bitcoin in the future
Man. No. Please stop with this kind of thinking people...
Yes, Bitcoin has a little impact on Price of coins like ETH right now.... But you have to think of it this way.
Bitcoin. Is a coin. That's it. It's the pioneer. First one ever started. What is it good for? Well. It's just a crypto currency that's good for storing value...
A coin like ETH, has an entire SYSTEM behind the Ethereum token. You have to see other Altcoins, like shares in a company.
When you buy those Currencies, it's like you're buying part of the company. You join their community, you give input, you help spread the word of that coin, and you can actually have an impact on its performance.
Some of these Altcoins are going to be the next Google, the next Amazon, the next Royal LePage RealEstate Agency. Those coins are going to be worth HUGE in the future. Because of the PLATFORM behind the currency...........

Bitcoin is litterally, just like a hunk of Gold. Can't do much with it. Cept store your value in it..
Fiat currency (Pretend that is an Alt coin) Is what makes the world go round. Everything runs off of Fiat Currency, Not gold.

Place the same thinking in the Crypto Currency market, and you will be ahead of the pack by a Long Shot!

by

on 15/01/2018, 04:30:41 UTC
I just want to start by saying. It's impossible for Banks to take control of Bitcoin. In order for that to happen, they must Hold, over 50% of the entire circulating supply.
So Unless the banks open up the world best mining farms right now. It's... yeah I'm going to say impossible.

Secondly, the banks already have their Currency of choice.. That would be Ripple.
That's why I can promise you that you're never going to see Ripple at $10

Not only is this in the wrong thread, but it's a very pour attempt at trying to have the prices of the coins you have invested in already, pumped up in price because you're spreading the word.

Not going to work my friend..
And besides.. You can come up with a much better list than that, that will make you a boat load more Fiat. Since it appears, that's what you're after.

Anyone who invests in ripple, has no fucking clue what Crypto is about.
Good day to you sir.

Re: Thank you Bitcoin and GOODBYE (Let it goooo)
by
HG_Lincs

How can you possibly fathom all crypto currency failing if Bitcoin does.
Have you not looked into ANY of the companies behind the 500+ coins? And what they are doing for the world?

Get your reading glasses on boys, you're in for a LONG read and a bit of a rude awakening.
Bitcoin is 1 currency. It doesn't have a whole lot to it, other than it was the first coin.

Now you look at something like Siacoin, they're going to put Google and Amazon cloud storage out of business.
Not only that, any coin using Ethereum's Smart Contract can put all realestate agents out of a job.

There's a bit more behind these digital numbers than meets the eye. They serve more of a purpose than to just trade around in the Market.

Bitcoin is all it is. A coin. Not a whole lot of purpose. You are totally correct. And to boot. It's a coin that you can't really go out and spend anywhere really.
There was one big initial rush into it, now it will slow down a heck of a lot. It's really hard to break it down to use for every day purchases.

Wait a minute... I could have sworn... that.. I've seen that somewhere before....

Oh.

I'll give you 1 reason why it's guaranteed to hit $100, 000+ at some point.

Look at the Currency of Zimbabwe.
Let the government print out your cash, and the same damn thing will happen in the western world. A loaf of bread was 50 cents at 1 point.
That loaf of bread did not Gain any value...... Your money lost ITS value...

Re: Who is Satoshi Nakamoto?

There are people who do not need the world to know them. They only need people to know about their success. And what brought them to the world? That's what I think, just how they know.

Finally someone who gets it.
If you are developing something and you plan on getting rich from it. Your making it for your damn self. Not doing it for others.
Your quality will suffer MASSIVELY along side. Because you can always make improvements, for more of a price.

Make something once, make something perfect, make something that changes the world. Don't make it for your own agenda.
When you hold the door open for someone, are you that person who gets mad when the other does not say thank you?
You only held that door open so you could get recognized for your effort. You didn't do it to help the other person.
Let that sink in a bit.

You're going to want to understand how Block chain works, before you get into the Crypto Currency part.
Once you have an understanding of the Blockchain, everything else comes easy Smiley

Wish you all the best in your Crypto Journey!
And please.. Don't be another moron who goes and sells his kidney and sells his kid on the black market so he can buy into this thing.
Crypto Currency is going nowhere for a long time. It will still be here after you have a vast understanding and a bunch of cash you don't mind potentially losing.

Satoshi Nakamoto is the founder of bitcoin and he hides his identity i don't really know why but if he didn't exist then bitcoin would probably never have existed and a lot of people wouldn't get rich. I think in a few years he will reveal his identity and have a speech or something i think.

No one will ever know who Satoshi really is.
Does no one fucking understand this concept?

He did this for US. Not for him.

I'll give you a half assed answer because you took a half assed approach to getting that money and took a half assed approach to finding out how to invest your money.

15%
20%
-Remainder

You can figure out where those %'s should go.

[Edit]
Actually. For another 10% over 3 months. I'll invest it for you.
It's about the best you'll get when asking a bunch of internet people how you should invest a bunch of cash you can't even afford.

Re: How do you convince the people to invest in Bitcoin?
by
HG_Lincs
on 14/01/2018, 07:53:18 UTC
There is only 1 simple answer to this. Don't convince them! Let them think it's a joke. Then, when it is costing them $20 for a loaf of bread and $500 to fill the vehicle up with Gas. You can look at them and say. I told you so...

You don't have to convince anyone to invest in bitcoin. If you are trying to convince someone, chances are, you're trying to make a profit off of it....
And that's not what Bitcoin is about. Nobody understands this.
