I am confused and exhausted about how your support is so bad. I purchased a full node and a standard. Day one, the full node, has been an absolute nightmare filled with issues. I've placed hours upon hours of my own time to troubleshoot your problems. I've changed and replaced the SD card, re-installed ver 2.05 and 2.06, formatted the drive, etc. And all I keep getting is a box that locks up, a node that refuses the connection. A box that disconnects.
Your support is horrible, and I am annoyed because I spent $1700 on boxes and support that should have been worth far less!
