We reside and operate from EU. Most EU countries has legalized or decriminalized sex work and we are able to operate within these countries without any legal issues. In ideal case, we hope that FOSTA will be declared unconstitutional in future, which would possibly allow us to enter also US market.

Unfortunately you are right -- we are legally able to operate the listing platform only in some countries that decriminalized or legalized the sex work. These are the countries that we will target in the first phase of the project. This market includes most of EU countries.

However, since the underlying infrastrcture will be decentralized and highly flexible, someone who isn't us can open a listing platform anonymously in any country (for example behind a Tor gateway) on top of the infrastructure that we legally deploy in EU.

I am just curious how this can be implemented and if sex workers will allow to undergo this requirements." -- In countries with legal sex work (e.g. Austria), all sex workers are already registered on police department and have to take regular health checks. However the big problem with the status quo is, that the parties involved in the sex trade cannot easily verify each other without disclosing their identities. With our solution, both parties can easily and anonymously verify each other before providing of the service.

- "Some projects ... did not succeed because of some reasons" -- That's a cute sentence Firstly, please specify which projects are you exactly talking about and then we can analyze the reasons why they failed. There have been several very successful Blockchain-based projects in adult industry.

- "I am wondering now what the team will do if ever they did not reach the soft cap?". -- In case the soft cap is not reached, all funds collected during the public sale will be returned to the backers.

- "Because this kind of project is not really easy to advertise and promote in all social medias." -- It's not easy, but not impossible. We can use mainstream social media, we just can't post any sexually explicit content there.

The utility token will not be used to mediate payments between clients and the service providers in our platform (this could be classified as a *procuring of sexual services* or *pimping*). It will only be used for mediating payments for advertisement and security deposits for additional trust.



We will operate our own listing platform only in selected countries. However, since the infrastructure is open, any existing or future listing platform can join. In this case, the regulatory and cultural compliance fully depends on the listing platform. We believe, that the sex is the most natural activity any humans can engage in. Moral biases and social stigma makes the work of many sex workers very difficult. Although this topic may be uncomfortable for some people to discuss about, only an open discussion about this topic may improve the status quo.
