they actually have a phone number and answer when you call. The hours are funny and they can be hard to understand since it's based in Hong Kong, but they do try to assist you, AFAICT

Sorry, Cointerra was too busy writing a great wall of text about how the dog ate their homework because #REASONS and you just weren't a priority. Undecided
Apparently not

I called and spoke with someone at the pizzeria and the owner of the insurance agency that appear in this photo at this address
1. Neither had ever heard of a business named Advanced Miners, or AMT. Both parties felt confident that they would be aware if such a business were located nearby 2. They also indicated that bussinesses leasing property in that building are given a suite # 3. AMT does not list a suite #
AMT needs to respond ASAP

Let's say you have orders for 20TH and 10TH arrives with the first hardware delivery.
Instead of an even split, could you fill the orders proportional to the hashing power that was purchased? In other words, I purchase 1TH (5% of this example). That means I would get 500GH up and running with the first shipment. That seems more equitable than an even split in regards to the people who purchased large orders.
Should be an interesting week!

I agree with the return of funds on request in mid December. I suspect what's likely to happen will be the equipment will trickle in, piece by piece. If that's the case how will you handle the process of deciding who gets to start mining at what point?

We do not, simply for the charge back purposes. I know I've personally lost some money with charge backs. So far the only likely candidate is Google, which I'm awaiting to hear back from. However, the company we use Coinbase will allow you to use other methods to pay.
What other methods? Why isn't the rest of your website operational? The only payment option I see is for bitcoins.

My wallet is mentioned in my will. If I didn't have a will, I would simply tell whoever, that they would be left for them. I have a safe deposit box at the bank and my encryption keys, gold, cash, vital documents etc., are all kept there.
