Today we have formalised our partnership with the Scientific Institute of Spanish eGovernment.
This is a huge milestone for our project by the fact that Spanish Government has delegated the Scientific Institute to find new technologies to improve eGovernment.
We will make the first beta test with them in November this year and if the test works fine, they will become our Licensee to sell our technology in Spain and South America starting from Q1 2018.
It is a faster step from the roadmap we had figured out, and also a strong validation of the fact that Blockchain voting technology is required and willing to happen sooner than we expected.

I started from the assumption that we all know banking and insurance will be disrupted by blockchain (process already started).

Sure your field will be disrupted from blockchain too. I didn't write it because it is well known that financial services and fund must be in the blockchain too, as well as banks, venture funds and financial services.
IBM is predicting 30% of banking services will be on the chain by the end of 2017, but I'm pretty sure it was more a PR move than a reliable forecast.

What is happening these days, is that many teams are working to create new businesses on the Blockchain.
Ethereum has opened a new market for crypto-entrepreneur, an easier way to fundraising and a growing interest in this technology.
So, same as Electoral System (that we aim to disrupt with Boulé), there are some fields of application I believe are crucial for our society improvement.
There are some milestones to achieve to reach a Global Consciousness able to stop wars and spread prosperity equally in the world.

Sovereign Identity
A Universal Identity is the first relevant field of application for Blockchain that has the potential to change the world: think about migratory flux, Surveillance and Security, Bureaucracy cost reduction, Worldwide citizenship.
How much are we having benefits from borderless Society?
Freedom to move all around the world is a benefit that “Occidental Countries” see as the normal, but is a status quo that someone has gained for our entire pleasure.
There are several countries where citizens are not allowed to move freely as we do.

Medical and Genome Research
For research purposes, it would be amazing to have a bank of the genome and medical information.
People can store on the blockchain their personal health data, like blood information, DNA, saliva, exams,… not only there is an immediate benefit in the data information to give to specialists for analysis, but also for the pharma researcher.

A huge, anonymous database with the data from people of different regions, habits, race, origin and so on.
Implications could be significant to research the solution for global life-threatening diseases.

Charity
Charity funding is a grey zone for many non-profit organisations. Backers seldom have an idea how their money is spent.

Provenance and Supply chain certification
What do we eat? How did they produce this T-shirt? Where does this product come from?
All around the world is increasing the research for information about the supply chain.

Globalisation has come before than global information.
So we have benefited from global food, global clothes and global products before to start asking where they come from and how they are produced.
A new knowledge feeling has risen up, and there are several companies that are collecting on the blockchain supply chain information.

Voting System
The last one is the field we are disrupting. There is a huge gap between Electors and Elected.
We are seeing it in the last elections where voters turnout has dramatically decreased.

The Breaking point has happened in countries like Turkey or Venezuela, where citizens have revolt again the central government without any significative enhancement.
In order to empower again citizens, we need to give a new power to the voting system that has to be free, reliable and able to drive the enhancements necessary to the common wellness.

Spain and Malta

You are right, we still have a lot of work to be done.
We are updating the website with a more detailed roadmap and the new team members, advisors and Institutions that want to test our technology.

Right this morning we confirmed the partnership with Instituto cientifico de e-gobierno in Spain.
they will test our solution and suggest to the Spain government that has encharged them to find blockchain solution to innovate governance.

Spain will be the first market test, starting from the Catalonia Independence Referendum.

Right now governments are purchasing electronic voting poll stations from gemalto, a private company in Netherland.
They can do by themselves, but they are more efficient if they purchase solutions from a dedicated private company

We don't doubt about life for every new child born

They have a bottom to top strategy, people can promote petitions like change.org
We have a top to bottom strategy, Institutions can promote an election and electors can vote.

We want to disrupt Institution first, to get people more committed to them

There are several paths to accomplish that point:
We can set a public transactions record (as Bitcoin)
or we can choose to use hidden transactions record.

The first solution is more common in crypto-community and is useful also to have a social validation of the votes.
But it lacks security due to the fact transactions are public (even if you can't link voters to the votes).

The second is the one I personally prefer. A permanent hidden record, where everyone can see the smart contract rules and know it's working good, but without public transactions record.
