The website cryptos-miner.co now show error 404 that mean it is shut down after scamming enough people or to avoid regulatory attention. There is also another website crypto-miner.org(now showing unknown error) which is under FCA warning and here is the link:

https://www.fca.org.uk/news/warnings/crypto-minersorg

I don’t know if cryptos-miner.co is related to crypto-miner.org or are operated by same group of scammers.

Re: Have anyone heard about a platform called Adswage?

Update: I contacted the rental office in Ireland where Adswage claims to have a permanent office. The broker confirmed they are not familiar with this company. Earlier, I had posted that I was waiting for a response from the rental office space. Now that I have received clarification, it’s evident that Adswage’s claim about having an office at that location is misleading. This adds to the growing concerns about the platform’s legitimacy.

Hi everyone,

I’ve recently come across some troubling information regarding Adswage, and I wanted to share my observations and get your thoughts.

   1.   Connections Between Adswage and Xqtraders: I noticed that a user who posted withdrawal screenshots from Xqtraders.com is the same person who shared screenshots from Adswage.com on other forums like Beer Money Forums. The same profile picture and username were used in both cases.
   2.   Similarities in Terms and Conditions: The terms and conditions for both Adswage and Xqtraders are strikingly similar, which raises concerns about their legitimacy. Both platforms also claim to offer similar high daily returns.
   3.   Suspicious Behavior: After a user withdrew $1 million from Adswage in July 2024, the platform seems to have stopped processing payments and is now asking users to upgrade to a VIP plan. This pattern is reminiscent of Ponzi schemes.
   4.   Verification Issues: I attempted to contact the rental office at the address listed for Adswage (11A Fitzwilliam Street Lower, Dublin) to verify their presence but have not yet received a response.

If anyone has more information or has experienced similar issues, please share. It’s crucial to stay informed and protect ourselves from potential scams.

Thanks for your attention.

Best,
Mo Elamin

The website Adswage is becoming scam because I noticed in the telegram group they stopped paying Since July 2024. I also read trustpilot reviews that people are experiencing withdrawal issues and was told to upgrade to VIP which is $20,000.

Hyip investment pretend to be good at the beginning to gain investors trust and when they stop paying it will eventually collapse.

I got an email that one of my replies got deleted in adswage forums but I was not given specific reason on why it was deleted and I locked the topic. When I tried to reply to moderator on message on why the post was deleted. was blocked. That is not a professional behaviour of moderator to delete the reply and block someone.

Hyip website offering unusual returns
by

on 21/02/2024, 16:28:41 UTC
I found a Hyip website https://www.standard-wealthinvestment.com/ where they claim investors can earn up to 80 percent daily and there are three  investment packages which is 20%, 40% and 80% returns which seems too good to be true. When you scroll down there is registration certificate which is fake.

Upon checking the address in the UK, it is located in rural area but the address is fake and 58 Marlborough does not exist. Also the FCA issued a warning for the company stockfinance because it was providing investment services without their authorization with same address that made me believe wealth investment and stockfinance are same scam company. However the domain for stockfinance is no longer active.

The website is founded by four teams with images that have fake names and are stolen images from other site and they have nothing to do with wealth investment. There is one of the image that has a fake name of  Hugh Gallagher and upon using Google reverse image his real name is Shou Chou the founder of TikTok.

Beware of this scam.

Last year I was researching about crypto scam and by chance I found website called kyrptcatalyst a crypto website with address in British Columbia but upon searching the address it was located in empty forest and the registration certificate was fake. They offer about 10 percent or more daily return something like that.

I created an account but I did not deposit a cent.

I reported the domain to namecheap and the website disappeared after few days. Namecheap policy don’t allow hyip website Or Crypto investment without permission. After website disappeared I got an email from kyrptcatalyst on January 31st 2024 and that what they said:

They used Gmail email.

I think they took down their domain because I report it to namecheap.

Re: Crypto scams and company registration

The crypto platform I was investing with was registered with Florida department aka Sunbiz.  According to the crypto platform it was registered to comply with Florida law to appear legitimate. It is same as Uk company White House in the UK. That made me believe platform was legitimate and the department of state conduct background check on crypto platform.

It is also easy to register a crypto platform off shore because of lax regulation and less regulation.

Crypto scams and company registration
by
Hamada1983
on 01/02/2024, 16:10:58 UTC
I was searching on Google about crypto scam and uk companies house and I read that the uk company house does not verify the address and identity of the person. And that allows scammers to register the company as little as 12 pounds and most of the scammers are operating from abroad. I learned it is different from registration with regulators because in order for company to be regulated and get the license it can be costly. I was victim of scam over a year ago with crypto trading and I thought business  registration was enough for the company to be legitimate.

I believe scammers can easily register and incorporate  a company eg uk companies house because it does not regulate markets and it costs very little so they don’t get caught. Also scammers registers the company to make it look credible and to scam victim. I think government should take action to  verify identity and address when someone want to register a company.

Lesson learned.

Re: XQtraders turned out to be scam
by

I thought Xqtraders was legit because the company was registered with Sunbiz Florida department with registration number and physical address in St Petersburg Florida and the phone number with the area code of St Petersburg I thought registration was enough to conclude that the trading platform is not a scam and Florida department of state regulate Xqtraders but I found out anyone can register a company because it cost 100 bucks and the department don’t regulate crypto or forex marketing.

It is same as the UK company house. Just pay £12 pound and get registered. I read online many crypto scam company register with uk company white house to appear more legit and post a fake address and that could be empty office, parking lot, house for sale etc but the scammers are operating from outside the UK. It seems UK company house don’t verify the address or identity of the person and that is same with Florida department of state. That make it easy for scammers to register so no one monitor them.

Scammers can also register abroad because there are lax regulation Regulatory body in island or third world countries are not very trustable.

Trusted regulatory body for investments  are different from company registration.

I want to the telegram group and someone posted this:

For anyone skeptical about Adswage's longevity and concerned about whether it will continue to pay or eventually cease, rest assured that Adswage is officially registered and guaranteed to remain valid for a minimum of 10 years after which it will be renewed again. You can verify our domain's validity period on this link: https://www.whois.com/whois/adswage.com.

That does not mean it will last 10 years.Scammers make the domain last long to appear legitimate. The platform will eventually stop paying.

I noticed their telegram group is fake with stolen pictures from instagram and one from LinkedIn with fake names. I never deposit the money but I will wait for few months and see if the platform will turn a scam. I emailed them asking about legitimacy and that is their reply:

Hello,

Thank you for getting in touch with us. Adswage is fully legitimate. We operate with transparency and adhere to all relevant regulations to ensure a trustworthy relationship with our clients. If you have any specific concerns or questions, feel free to ask, and we'll be happy to address them

I think they are pretending to be legit for a while.

What made be believe this platform was legit it was that it is registered with Florida department state sunbiz. It was registered as limited liability company with registration number. The company Xqtraders put address and who founded the company which was Kevin Russ and Nicholas Spurlock. In the end I found out they registered from abroad using false name and fake address to appear legit, similar to uk company house where scammers can  register with any name and address even though they are operating from the abroad. According to sunbiz Florida department anyone who make false statement is subject to felonies and I am wondering if the department of state can check if the scammers use false information? Since they are abroad it will be more difficult to catch them.

Anyway anyone can register business online just have the information and pay online. I think the scammers registered with a regulators that does not regulate forex or digital currencies and so they can scam anyone and run way with the money so they cannot be identified.

I hope I am right and what u think?
