Does this work on GTX 1060 6GB?
Did anyone try  Huh Huh
Yes it is working.
I am running my rig with 1060 6gb*8 gpus successfully on HiveOS.
I also tried on SMOS and it is also working good..

A suggestion.

It is usually helpful, in addition to confirming that something is working, to also post some basic stats, so that we all start to get an idea of how different hardware performs.

Im mining Grin on my 1060 6gb Win10 with latest drivers and enough virtual memory. One of the rigs of 1060 make 1.75 g/s the other rig with more OC cards make 1.85. Thats average hashrates of each of the cards on the rigs. The miner is not optimized as bminer but at least its working.

Okay i dont get it why Equihash algo is giving me 10% less sols then previous ver. Ive used 100% power on my cards and on all miners the 10% is there Sad
Edit* - Not only equihash. Ethhash algo like 20% less hashrate. Dunno something is wrong here.

He there cryptominer ive got a question for you.

I dont know if this have been discussed but i think zpool use PPLNS and so is my question about that.

I dont know if your program use this but there are some algos that takes time to find a block ( phi and bitcore are the ones i know of ). And from time to time the miner switch to them.

So my question is : Can your miner detect when the new block is found of one of these algos before eventually switching to another more profitable algo or it just switch to it before the block is found ( loosing some of the profits ) ?

*Edit - From the pool owned (Zpool) "the scheme is PROP not PPLNS"- this means that i wont get payed if i left the algo before the block is found. I really wanna know if the program detect this or nor so i can make my plans on which algo to keep and which not.

using the prop method your shares will always have some value when the next block is found, zpoolminer uses normalization to prevent rapid switching to make sure you are mining the best long term algo.

Yeah i saw that because the pool didnt find block in like almost 3 hours and had to switch.

You probably won't lose all of your earnings by switching before a block is found, but you'll likely lose some if the time to find the next block takes a lot longer than average and the pool use the uses "PPLNS" scheme. I wrote a fairly long post about the potential downsides to PPLNS in another thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2898687.msg30133809#msg30133809 which hasn't been commented on so beware of any potential errors on my part.

don't spread missinformation, check 1st merit @ https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=merit;u=209640

Where is the misinformation in my reply? No where on the Zpool website does it state what payment scheme is used and other multi-algo, auto-switching pools do use PPLNS so it was reasonable for me to assume that Zpool did to. Nevertheless, I did write "if...the pool uses the 'PPLNS' payment scheme." which indicates I was not sure what payment scheme is used.

BTW - you could have been a bit more diplomatic - not to say courteous - by merely writing, "Zpool uses the proportional scheme, not PPLNS."

the scheme is PROP not PPLNS

edit... as I see was already corrected Smiley thanks

So i was right ? If my miner switch from bitcore to another algo that it thinks is more profitable before finding the block ( eg. mining 1  or 2 hours bitcore without finding it ) i mined that time for thin air ?

I better remove those algos then i guess Smiley

Guys i have a question and ill be happy if someone answer it.

Right now im mining Bitcore but the block find time is very big ( like 1-2 hours).

So lets say my rigs are mining bitcore and then before the block is found they move to another coin that is more profitable by the program my whole progress is lost with the time mining on Bitcore right ?

Or im missing something.?

Okay thank you for your asnwer and i will look into your post.

As of your post ill let the algos that take some time to find a blocks ( phi and bitcore as i know of ) still be active and see what will happen. If things dont run well ill just disable em.

Whats going on with "phi"? Right now my 1070 is making 4.5 Euro a day ( way above neocrypt and others ). Maybe too good to be true and i should disable it like yestarday when there was a problem with the wallet ?

Okay ive downloaded latest zpool version and started benchmarking on my machines. On one of my machines the new neoscrypt miner HSR gives me MSVCR120.dll error. Ive tried several times uninstalling and reinstalling this but no luck at all. Any suggestions, because as i see t his is maybe the most profitable right now to mine. Thx in advance.

The machine ive got the problem is gtx 1070 with win 10 . Ive got 2 other machines with 1060 6gb with win 10 and my gaming pc with the same 1070 like my 1st rig and i dont have problem there.

Edit - Okay as it seems that this particular rig i didnt turned windows deff off and the miner was not in the exceptions and defender deleted the miner .exe files. Now its benchmarking and will run smooth i think Smiley

Yea, that is the big problem with mining LOL things randomly get removed by AV's. Glad you got it sorted out.

Well yeah u have to start troubleshooting yourself if u want to go somewhere Smiley Thank you for the reply and keep up the good work.

Okay i have a question. Since Zpool site from time to time is not showing for me and its reporting different hash rates then your miner which one is the correct ? Your miner or the site ? And if its your miner should i be worried that the zpool dont show the correct ones or just the site bugs fom time to time for me and they are synced ?
