I have some questions about ICO and its duration. For example: Atlant ICO lasted month and half, in the other hand Confideal ICO should last only 20 days.
I want to know if duration of ICO means something or not?
And my second question - Confideal ICO will start in 2 of November and end in 22 of November, In which day or part of ico better to buy tokens? I not sure abt this ico for 100%, and think to wait week or two and look how much ppl will invest and than make my final decision.

Couldn'tagree more. Smart contracts is something that cannot be fraud, or corrupted I really don't know any country with no corruption in judiciary, so i think smart contracts is one way to solve this problem.
But Confideal also have a arbitration module with real ppl, so there is could be a problem. People are influenced

As for me, ATLANT collected money because it has an understandable idea for people who do not even understand anything about the blockchain.

The problem with programmers is that an average person can hardly tell the difference between good coding and random words.
For Confi, the two are equally illegible. But very often many ICOs dont bother to have any. They say, a piece of code reflects the attitude of a developer, but the absence of any presentation of the backstage of the project indicates the attitude of the creators. Moreover, the fact that there is a ready-to-use product, as in the case with Confideal, offers you a possibility to try and use the product yourself.
I see that both project are good but I would choose Atlant, Because he has more hype.
