5.Governance structures
5.1. Triarchy
Triarchy is a two-person (diarchs) executive and includes AI advisor. The diarchs must work out their own organization and division of labor. Disagreements between diarchs are resolved by the Ephor Synclite. A diarch must be an axiarch. The axiarchs, voting per own stake, replaces the Triarchy whenever either a vacancy exists, or a vote of no confidence gains a majority. When electing diarchs, first a plurality selects one diarch; then the plurality of those who voted for anyone but the winner selects the second.
5.2. Ephor Synklite (Ephorate)
Ephor Synklite (Ephorate) is the highest 10 members advisory authority which is elected from axiarchs by stake voting. Ephorate supports and helps Triarchy and resolves possible conflicts between diarchs or judge when AI recommendations are unacceptable. It does not convene except diarchs do not ask for opposite. Its proceedings are in private.

5.3. Senexiate
Senexiate is congress of all present Senexes voting per own stake. Its proceedings are in private. The diarchs convene it at their pleasure, and keep it informed.

Ecclesia is an assembly of all present ecclesiastes voting per own stake. The assembly is responsible for technical governance. Its proceedings are in public.

3. Aeneas Koinon community structure
We are not equal from birth: unique genome (which defines a number of physical and intellectual parameters), different sex (which assumes different mind architecture and neurophysiology concern 2.1 item of Syntagma), different data and experience infrastructure (education and mind development), different material opportunities (family funds, etc).
But we can strive for equality by overcoming differences in the way of our development. That is why Aeneas Koinon community has widely developed system of hierarchy.
Statuses cannot be purchased or earned separately. Each status can only be obtained by purchasing, earning and matching at the same time. Each higher status requires previous.
NEOS:
Actions and merit: membership in Aeneas SMM communities and loyalty to Koinon ideals.
Membership cost: free.
Graduation certificate: not required.
DEME 0 - 7:
Actions and merit: Aeneas blockchain node running, private initiatives, focused on Koinon development and promotion, content creation etc.
Membership cost: 1 000 ash.
Graduation certificate: understanding and acceptance Syntagma.
ECCLESIA:
Actions and merit: Significant private initiatives depending on hard work (code contributing, design etc), special missions (high level embassy communication, pitching etc).
Membership cost: 10 000 ash.
Graduation certificate: classical high-school education, basics of psychology and history.
SENEXIA:
Actions and merit: Essential private initiatives depending on hard work (code contributing, design etc), expensive marketing promotion (listings and partnerships), active polis management involvement.
Membership cost: 100 000 ash.
Graduation certificate: all previous, Koine Aisthesis study understanding.
AXIARCHIA:
Actions and merit: Outstanding private initiatives, expensive marketing promotion, active Koinon management involvement.
Membership cost: 300 000 ash.
Graduation certificate: all previous, deep Koine Aisthesis study understanding and research contributing.
Present Syntagma assumes each status assignment personally by first diarch and Aeneas Koinon founder Anton Kobrynets.
