Well, IEO is part of an exchange strategy of making money, it's equally a way of building some confidence in crowdfunding as it helps to minimize the risk of fake teams and shitty projects. We this IEO stand the test of time? No, because scammers have already started taking advantage of some smaller exchanges to bring shitty projects. It's wise to buy from a reputabel exchange and cross check any project conducting IEO.
I think scammers are inevitable. Even with this IEO innovation, it is not easy to just invest. the biggest exchange market started this crowd funding but even them can not insure at how much and when the profit would come.

Its been a year and almost half since the bitcoin went to almost $20,000. But at least i am earning with other alt coins although it is not as much profit since those days.
We should not give up although the market is not stable but still theres still a chance that the bullrun is coming.
Just have faith in the market, once you're into cryptocurrency there's no such all green all the time you need also to see the bloodbath once in a blue moon. Yes there's a chance of bull run but we don't know when will it happen just take sit back and watch everyday the graph.

They want to have a decentralized transaction but need to KYC? I don't know why some exchanges need also your KYC and some wallet companies including blockchain, maybe later coinbase will requires your identity before your withdraw.

Yes KYC should be stopped for bounty hunters instead limit the participants who will join in the bounty program to avoid of multiple accounts. That's why I don't join anymore in any bounty campaigns that requires KYC.

I do also agree KYC is pain in the ass. Why is the need of your personal information when joining a bounty campaign? How about when you joined a bounty and you're still under 18 with no KYC, so you're going to use your parents identity?
