i've try alpha platform, and how to check my ticket when i purchase some tickets? and, how to use the ticket after purchase it?
In future the ticket barcodes can be scanned, maybe a password or ID check also is associated with it. The event promoters will have different options on how they wish their tickets to be validated. Also tickets can be resold and refunded according to customizeable Smart Ticket rules.

With a simple calculation, hard cap can be found 64.760 eth. Somewhere 20m$

Well 20 millions for an hard cap is quite correct.
A lot of companies try to get much more.
Like it was said previously, some companies get 150 millions for projects that don't need that much to achieve their goals.
But well, we are in crypto, and now it's a world full of money, where everybody can win a lot if they invest time in trading and in projects. We'll see for how long
Hard cap means hard cap, if the community wishes to back us that is their prerogative. Ticketing is a very shark infested business, the more we can raise the better our chance of taking on the sleeping giants... and ultimately the public will benefit most.

I am happy to see that such a good platform could be built. I have worked in the concert events and i know that the companies that sell for us the tickets tooks a big commission. Things has to be done and videhub could be a solution.

Yes, no processing fees on SmartTickets transactions. Tickets will be cheaper for fans and directly paid to artists or promoters!

No fees would be unrealistic, wouldn't it? The company/devs must be paid at one point of the game, the system has to run etc pp. Probably they will be cheaper then normal fees.
Addressing the confusion regarding fees, the misunderstanding is that fees will not be passed on to the customer. There is no reason a ticket buyer should pay a fee just to buy a ticket. However, if a marketplace wants to add fees and other added value like insurance or whatever then fees could be acceptable to buyers. As a rule though EventChain has no need to charge fees since we are the event hub, so promoters will pay us a fee to promote and deploy their events etc. This is the gist of the fees structure.
Ah thanks for the explanation! So you charge fees but these fees are coming from the event promoter/company. So every promoter will make his own fee structure on your service, but no other fees from your site for the customers, right? But if every promoter is making their own fee structure it still could go into expensive rates, couldn't it? Will there be a system intern fee cap?
We can't cap fees as the market decides if a ticket is worth buying. If the promoter overprices then they sell no tickets. So we will have different pricing mechanisms depending on the scale of the event etc. The simplest fee for us would be the price of a single ticket, the more complex contracts which require custom contracts might earn us a small percentage of ticket revenue.

Do I understand correctly that you can also buy the tickets on the EventChain platform with fiat currency? So I guess the fiat will be instantly converted to EVC Tokens in the background or how does the currency conversion work?
Correct! That is the idea, although we have to evaluate the price mechanics a bit more thoroughly. Fundamentally we will be acting as a dedicated EVC exchange.

How are you going to keep the price from dumping during the development? I like the general idea and would use it if it goes live, but i dont get how i am going to trade it. Maybe it was.asked before.
Development to Beta won't take long since Alpha is already well developed. We will be maintaining interest by announcing partnerships over the following 6 months and releasing previews and bounties.

Will EventChain support dApps built on top of their technology stack like Aventus, who recently held a dApp concept contest?
Yes of course, the contracts are decentralized so third parties can also provide services. However EventChain will also seed the marketplace with partnerships and their own services.

Will you offer a mobile client for IOS and Android smartphones? I think these devices will be the main source for buying and selling tickets in the future.
Actually because we don't rely on third-party plugins like metamask, our alpha fully works on mobile as a responsive website

The first page contains several pretty big images that are served from the same source, taking a long time to load. Try to serve them from different domains to speed it up.

So really the challenges will be simply about team and partnership building. These problems are made easier for us by being well funded and in the crypto space early which gives as 'currency'

It is a difficult space and having someone with connections or experience would go a long way to trying to secure partnerships. I believe many of the larger venues have multi-year contracts with ticket sellers.

Hey dev, I asked you on telegram about bridging other blockchains in the future, can you elaborate more about that? There are many beautiful projects out there, IOTA for micropayments, monero, zcash, verge, nav for anonymity, etc...
Yeh good questions, Ethereum is paving the way at the moment but as a business we have to evaluate technology as it emerges. That means the new systems esp. Bitcoin Rootstock, Tezos, Eos and others have to be evaluated. Actually quite excited to work with the new tech, but i'm sure we will have a home on Ethereum for the long term.

Happy to announce that we will be releasing our alpha prototype demonstration app before the ICO starts. The demo will showcase fast and seamless ticketing functions via contracts stored on the Ethereum blockchain, where demo EVC tokens will have clear utility and value for creating events, and purchasing tickets. The token will become more functional and valuable as more features are developed and the fully scalable application is built with funds raised.
