Yes I am afraid you are right. No payouts for days, hardly any response, weird DDoS claims. Coins invested are a write off. Fool me once....
They haven't updated payouts on their site since July 3d. With no posts, tweets or emails explaining why.
It's funny how "chatty" hashmining's reps were on this thread a week ago...they're suddenly so silent.

I honestly thought the live feed being on a fan was my red flag to not invest.
If you offer a live feed, why do that? Either screams incompetents or trying to pull a fast one.

We're currently facing a DDoS-attack by hackers, we're trying to get an access to our secured system - therefore client panel remains temporarily inaccessible. We believe a 1-year contract max is reasonable because of the unpredictable nature of crypto currencies on long-term perspective.
We find 1-year contract more fair as it reflects the needs of our customers' base.
This is our differentiation from Genesis Mining.

Currently, there is no known date when PoS will be released.
It is tricky to determine how that will affect as the point is not to amass but to be validated for each stake we make.
Removing the step of spending on equipment and electricity might be something great for us miners but it isn't a definite as yet.
But we are definitely going to mine other coins too in the near future.
Still, we are going to watch all developments for when POS is truly released.
